Nice small site for 10 units on grass. Now has 9 hook ups. Next to the road but not a great deal of traffic, especially at night.
Tried out two of the pubs a stones throw from the site which both served good food. Nice little store up the street for supplies, including home made custard tart - lovely.
Plenty of walks from the site and also quiet back road for cycling on a fairly level road to Grassington.
Great stay but no doubt the weather helped. Handy bus stop a couple of hundred yards away goes up the valley as far as Buckden and down the valley as far as Skipton.

Stayed for three nights at this site and really enjoyed my time there.
The location of the site is ideal for walking with plenty of walks direct from the site. As it's in the village, the three pubs, village shop and tea rooms are all within a couple of minutes stroll.
The site itself is flat and well drained. The electric hook-up is on a meter meaning you pay for what you have used when you leave, which was really good. For three and half days, it only cost me £2. 80. The facilities are dated although they are kept clean and tidy. The shower is 50p which gives 8 minutes.
The owners are nice helpful people and give you the time of day for a chat.
I hope to return to the dales next year, and if I do, I will definitely use this site.

Brilliant site and really lovely owners -can't do enough for you.
Some electric hook ups, very clean toilet and shower. The site is very well kept, grass regularly cut etc and the views from the site are stunning.
You can almost touch two of the three pubs in the village who all have real ale and good food (our favourite is the Blue Bell). Very well stocked shop in village.
Walking is fantastic - either high up or low down by the river. We stayed for 4 days and managed to do a different walk from the campsite each day.
Dogs are very welcome as long as they are kept on a lead.

Pleasantly surprised at the central location - in the village of kettlewell. Very friendly and helpful owners. Only 2 pitches with hook ups but we managed for 2 nights with battery and gas.
2 toilets and 1 shower, basic but adequate. Short grass and well maintained. Very scenic and will definitely be returning - particularly as there are 3 pubs within 150 yards! The owner is happy to charge your battery but not your pocket!

This is such a lovely site surrounded by beautiful countryside. The owners are so friendly and caring you almost feel like family. The shower and toilets are clean and always stocked with loo roll etc.
Situated in the beautiful little village of Kettlewell, you want for nothing. Three pubs which do B&B and fantastic food not to mention that they are within feet of the site. A well stocked village store also with very friendly and helpful staff who leave you to browse in peace.
We can't wait to go again in August. Plenty of walks as gentle or as challenging as you would like. I could go on and on but will leave you to visit and judge for yourself

A great little site. Very helpful owner who understands the needs of the camper. Perfect for couples
It is pieceful and tranquil. Can get a bit noisy on a Sunday with the touring motorcycles, but hey we are all out to explore.
The site is fairly level and good short grass. Toilet block available with a shower.
Very close to the local Pubs for good food and drink. Small shop in the village for the essentials. Plenty of walks around the surrounding countryside.
If you need Hookup, bring a long lead. Pay meter for electricity, but a very reasonable tariff.
Well worth a visit and will definitely go back.
