Would concur with all that has been said re facilities at this lovely, spacious site. Plenty to keep a family occupied off site too. Very well placed for numerous attractions, beaches, walks etc. A first for us to visit north Norfolk but we will definitely return.

Thoroughly impressed with this site - good facilities, all very clean, very child friendly (we have four!). Walking distance to Cromer for shopping and beaches. Lovely children's play area, plenty of space, friendly and well organised. Highly recommended, especially for families.

This is a superb campsite with excellent view all the way round. The site is only a short distance from a Rainbow Supermarket which makes it handy if you dont take enough food! The area is very clean and for those who have dogs have the added advantage of an area just for dogs.

The site had lovely facilities for washing etc - lots of hot water and immaculately clean showers and toilets -I saw the owners around inspecting several times a day.
15 mins walk into East Runton by scenic route.Close to supermarkets.
Site is part of a working (pig) farm and some dirt tracks/narrow lanes to negotiate but once you're set up its ok.
I think it could be quite windy on the site so best to get a sheltered one if you can.
Dog owners are allocated a separate field.
There is a nice kids playground and lots of space for them to play.

just returned fron Manor Farm after spending the May bank holiday week there, our first visit this year. The site was very clean as ever, the showers, although very hot, add new meaning to the expression "power showers" almost knock you over. The new shower block is almost finished and the tidying up of the childrens play area was welcome. Cromer is a 15 minute walk away for us, with a geriatic dog and a small child, and there are many walks along the coastal bridleways. We will return in July to this value for money site.

Have just spent a long weekend at Manor Farm and thoroughly enjoyed it. Facilities very good and was pleased to able to use my hairdryer.
Would like to go again.

Just returned from a nice stay at Manor Farm. Very clean facilities. New shower block/toilets in process of being built at the moment so were not fully tiled but perfectly useable and very clean.
The temperature of the water could do with turning down though!!!
Went into town at night, only 7/8 minute walk along footpath.

We spent a week at Manor Farm in mid August and we had a marvellous time. The site was very spaceous and clean, and as reported elsewhere the facilities were inspected several times a day.
The weather during the week was fantastic, and we are very much looking forward to visiting the site again.
I would strongly recommend this site.

We had an enjoyable 3 nights at Manor Farm. It was our first time using a caravan and we will go again. Showers, was basins and washing up area all included in the very reasonable price, and all reasonably clean. I saw the site owner check the facilities several times a day.
