Excellent site, and not too far from rail station. Plenty of decent pitches.
All I would ask is an outside seating areas (ideally with tables) - as a solo traveller carrying a small tent this would have made the trip more enjoyable as wasn’t able to carry own table/chairs.
Highly recommended site.

Very pleasant few days, the site is a shortish walk to the beech and to the town with all you need.
The shower and toilet blocks are excellent very clean especially in this covid time.

Booked this site last minute due to the 2020 quarantine curse cancelling our French holiday but so glad we did,
The site is nice and tidy,
There are plenty of well kept toilet blocks, showers are powerful and hot,
The kids loved the play areas and it’s only a short walk from both Cromer and East Runton beaches.
The staff were welcoming and the on site Thai Takeaway was not bad either.
Our pitch in Marl Pit field had a shallow slope but was kept well and the hedgerow not only provided some privacy it also helped lessen the winds from storm Francis that struck half way through our stay!
Would visit again in future and would recommend to others.

Lovely campsite, walking distance to lidi, Homebase, Morrison’s And most of all Cromer and surrounded villages. Lovely walks around the campsite and beyond.
Dogs enjoyed the beach and walks. Toilet block is clean, with one with a sink and toilet for a strip wash or a shower. Also has a laundry room.
Only time we saw the owners when we arrived, and called when thought we had a problem which they were very helpful. Very pleasant stay.

Lovely, clean site and shower/ toilet facilities on spacious pitch.
15 minute walk to the coast in either direction so no need to drive and shops only a mile away too.
Not been to Norfolk for some time and we all enjoyed our stay despite mixed weather and would definitely return!

We camped for 2 nights shortly after lockdown was eased
The positives are a spotless toilet & shower block, plenty of space to pitch if staying without a EHU, arrival procedure was very efficient. Excellent play park
The not so good was. The farm animals are quite far from the pitches down a narrow country track, we didn't see a warden in the whole time we were there even though we had noisy neighbours, the walk to the beach advertised in the leaflet definitely not pushchair friendly
Overall we still think it's an very good 8/10 site

Lovely site this is our second visit to this site we visited during corinovirus epidemic.
The toilets showers were kept clean. Easy walking distance to lidl, coop morrisons. Easy walk into cromer.
This is a working farm so if you have children it would be good fir them.
There is also a play area. Three eves a week they have a thai van on site which saves cooking for a night food was nice we used it twice.

We had an excellent family holiday with three generations camping at Manor Farm.
We liked the fact that there was the freedom to choose where we pitched and they did not present us with long lists of rules but equally they managed the covid precautions well.
Despite being a large site, it never felt crowded and we never waited for a shower to be free.
Facilities are excellent, plentiful and clean blocks and a great play area for various ages.
The location of the site is spot on, you can walk to the beaches in Cromer and East Runton.
We would definitely visit again, thoroughly recommend Manor Farm.

This site was perfect, they are managing the social distancing system really well in their shower/toilet blocks and shop,
The site lay out is well thought out and works well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the site to anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing break.
