We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend.
A fantastic campsite, we stayed on Molls Meadow which was perfect for us as we were in a group with family & children.
The facilities were clean & tidy. Spacious electric pitches & the campsite has some fantastic views.
We walked about 20 minutes to get to the local pubs, very bumpy walks with a pushchair! But all part of the fun!

This is a large campsite but it never felt crowded.
It is divided into three fields, one of which is a no dog zone (much appreciated) but all of which are quiet after 11pm so you get some sleep!
The toilet and shower facilities were of a very high standard and cleaned regularly and the water was hot.
It is very conveniently located for Cromer with shops even closer.
There’s plenty of play space for kids.

Large pitches, very well kept and well drained site.
Access was a bit narrow but we managed.
Amenities were a bit dated but functioned well.
Would use again.

It was busy over the Easter weekend but then emptied out leaving us alone on our half of the Marl Pit field. There are no hard standings and a lot of motorhomes had had to be towed off their pitches.
Even at busier times and in the wettest weather the standard of cleanliness in the amenities was really impressive. Nobody else seemed to have discovered the freezers, so we had a full one to ourselves.
The Thai Kitchen food van remains excellent although spicing was a bit tame for my taste. A new trailer called Iron Horse does coffee, waffles and pancakes on weekend mornings – useful if you’re having a lazy one.
Other food sources we enjoyed were Beast to Block on Church Street, the West Street Deli’s sausage rolls, asparagus from Sharrington Strawberries and Jonas Seafood for crab – seems to have stock long after the stalls in Cromer have sold out. Also recommend Stubby’s Pizza in Sheringham.
The weather was far too grim for the excellent beaches, but the plentiful nearby museums, EH and National Trust places rarely disappoint, plus Norwich is easily reached by train.
There’s always something to do, but it’s a peaceful site and great for chilling in your unit with a book.

Great site, came down for the weekend with the family for the fantastic Sheringham 40’s weekend,
Easy booking in after a straight forward online booking, lovely lady came and checked our booking and gave us site info,
She also sorted our toilet block out which was kept very well, plenty of hot water etc,
Separate field for doggy lovers,
Would definitely go back again

Had a fabulous 2 weeks at Manor farm.
This is my second trip and I will be going again next year.
Why Manor Farm it is clean, tidy, plenty of space and facilities are plenty and well maintained.
It’s walking distance to Cromer and train station if you want to visit other seasides towns.

Absolutely loved this site.
Toilet blocks are amazingly clean.
Showers were lovely and hot always.
Pitches well maked out and spacious.
Reception spotlessly clean and receptionist was very friendly and polite.
Love the icecream van that travelled through the site, lovely touch.
Lovely view out of motorhome windows.
Nice walk to Cromer.
Nice lunch in pub in the town.
Lovely walk along pier.
Nice range of shops in the town.
Plenty of parking spaces even for our motorhome without height restrictions.
Could find nothing wrong with this site.
We will definitely by back.
