Just returned home and missing the location already. Our pitch was superb situated at the top of the lane to this well run working farm. Both owners were very friendly and they take great pride in how their site is run. Toilets were kept SPOTLESS and everything we required was at hand; even the ability to do a load of washing! From the site there is a lovely flat walk of about a mile, along the side of the Menai straits, to Caernarfon; were there's many places to eat and the castle is well worth a visit. From Caernarfon good bus services are to many places. Our future return to this area will definitely be to this site. We can't recommend this site highly enough; many thanks for your hard work.

What a wonderful relaxed family campsite and working farm. Gorgeous views over the Menai Strait and extremely hospitable owners / farmers Grace and Ifor.
The toilet and shower block was immaculate.
We had a whole field to ourselves, as we did not need electric, so plenty of space for the children to run about.
Easy and safe walk into Caernarfon complete with shops and playpark.
We will definitely be returning, brilliant stay.

This is a beautiful, well kept quiet site within walking distance of Caernarfon along the Menai Straits.
Well maintained with mostly seasonal touring pitches and also about a dozen new statics.
Each pitch has its own electric point, water and waste water point.
The toilet/shower facilities are lovely and from the outside look like a new static caravan.
On arrival the owners were very helpful in showing us around and friendly during our stay.
It was a lovely base to explore the area including Llandudno etc.
The nearest beach for dog walking is at Dinas Dinlle - 6 miles away.
We look forward to returning.

We have just spent two nights at this lovely site. Ideally Situated less than 5 mins stroll to the beach and 15 to Caernarvon castle.
Each pitch comes with Hard standing, electric hook up and water tap. The showers were excellent. Plenty of hooks now available.
We shall be returning very soon to continue the welsh coastal path walk. (Which passes at the bottom of the lane).
I have marked child friendliness n/a as there is nothing specific to entertain children but we didn't have any with us so couldn't give an objective assessment.

Approach to site via farm gate and a long flat driveway, There are static caravans on site, the touring pitches are via another gateway by farmhouse. Smart small clean site where the owner meets and greets you, the shower/washrooms are lovely and clean, Spacious pitches were clean mostly flat hard standing and well serviced. No children were on site whilst we were there.
Flat easy walk into the town and castle alongside marina, Dog walks close by,

What a superb small site, no wonder most of the pitches are seasonal. Lovely walk along the coast into Caenarfon ideal spot for touring Snowdonia. Toilets and showers SPOTLESS and I don't use that term lightly. Friendly owners who know what's required from a good site. If I have to make a criticism it would be the road leading to the site is quite narrow and bendy in places and can be a bit tricky if towing a unit. Having said that its a minor problem to overcome and the benefits far out way the problem. What a gem of a site highly recommended.

Excellent small site, with a nice walk of about 20 minutes, along coast to town. Toilets and showers are situated in a mobile home unit and so unusually warm inside, and clean at all times.
Friendly owners, free wifi.
It's worth calling ahead, if you're touring, to make sure they have space since several pitches seem to be occupied for the whole season.

What a lovely site, situated alongside the Menai Straits. Friendly helpful owners, new and spotless toilet and shower facilities. Pitches each have hardstanding with electric, and own fresh water tap and drain. Within walking distance of Caernarfon, its about a mile from the castle. Would definitely come again.

This is a lovely peaceful and very well-kept fairly new site on a working farm. The welcome received was so friendly and relaxed; the pitches are hardstanding (slate chippings) and each has its own electric point, water and waste water drain (all new). The toilet block and washing up area is new and ultra-clean - quite spotless in fact. It is a very clever use of a cream-coloured new static developed especially as a loo block. There are about a dozen newish static caravans in the neighbouring 'field' but these too are very well-kept, well-laid out and in no way detract from the caravan site. Plants and trees on the site will mature and and will make the site more secluded, as it is a bit open at the moment. Mobile signals and wifi excellent.
The location of the site is perfect - a short walk down the drive to the sea; along the small coastal road for about 15 minutes into Caernarfon. Great cycling. All in all a great site for those wanting peace and quiet, with a bit of cycling and walking.

We're so pleased to have found this site. For us (two mature adults) it's absolutely perfect. A stunning location within walking distance of historic Caernarvon along side the Menai Straits. This is a very small site on a working farm. Extremely clean and well kept. We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by a very pleasant young lady (who it turns out is the daughter of the owners), she walked us around the area and showed us where everything was and then left us to choose our own pitch. The very friendly owner came to say hello to us later on in the day. The toilet/shower block is pristine, as is the washing and sink area to the side of it. Apparently there is a washing machine on site but as we did not need it we didn't ask where it was. We spent two very enjoyable and relaxing days here. Each morning I watched the farmer feed the cattle and go about his daily jobs. We walked into Caernarvon (10 minute leisurely walk) with it's magnificent Castle and harbour, lots of shops, restaurants and olde worlde pubs. There is a park in between the site and Caernarvon which I'm sure the little ones would love. It's extremely rare that we return to the same site as we like discovering new places and areas, and I've never even left a review! but we look forward to returning in the near future with our family. There's only one thing I would have appreciated, and that would be a hairdryer in the shower block. Yes I can dry my hair back in my motorhome, but it would have been much more comfortable not to have to go outside (it was very cold) with wet hair. In the warmer months this would not bother me, but this is a very minor issue, we look forward to our return!
