A fairly new site which presently is rather featureless and muddy in places. Nice modern toilet/shower block but there is an on-going problem with the water supply/temperature. Reception very friendly and helpful. Tried unsuccessfully to get down to the beach but ended up walking along the cliff-top then through Pontins. No pubs within reasonable walking distance but there is a frequent bus service during the day to Lowestoft. Bus stop outside the site entrance, bus timetables from reception. Paid a very reasonable £15/night for two with ehu.

When we stayed at this site it wasn't really ready for visitors, but even so it was a lovely site and when all of it is finished it will be great. the facilities were good, clean hot showers, the family wash rooms were brilliant, the washing up area was nice and clean, a bin for food waste would be a good addition to the washing up area, hopefully they will install more sinks because there were often queues, so when the site gets busy this could be a problem. We would like to return here when it is finished.

Had two nights on the non electric site, it was lovely had views over the sea, massive pitches, this sight once set up for all sorts of camping/glamping is going to be massive, lovely shower/toilet blocks, and clean washing up area, we loved it, we cant wait to go again, close to everything, supermarkets/take aways, and days out. Ill give it 10 out 10. The only thing if you have small kids be aware of the cliffs at the end of non electric tent area,

We had our first ever campsite visit here, in our first ever caravan & we were very pleased. Nikki on reception was very polite & helpful as we were allowed to enter late without any hassle. The hook up is very close to the caravan & plenty of space to go with it. The site was clean & tidy, as were the toilets, showers & washing up facilities, very good. (£15 was all it cost sat night, all day sunday. ) There is a big area to exercise the dog, & at the end of the camp the beach is down below. (small clifftop) The only possible negative here, is that the nearest safe way to walk down to the beach is a left turn at the end & a 10 minute walk along the clifftop, but it is through a wheat field so is a very pleasant walk with great views of the coast. So for us it was great! (Apparently there will be steps put in at a later date. )Huge Morrisons less than 10mins away, no on site shop. Also by there a huge B&M store, sells just about everything cheaply! There were brochures on site for plenty of attractions nearby. We will back, go take a visit we say :-)

This site was very new and we only stayed for one night. I think it's quite near the sea but we really just slept here. The site seems to be made up of several large, flat rectangular fields surrounded by hedges. Not much character but flat at least. There was a children's play area in one of the fields and the children were getting on with it as they do.

It was pretty expensive to my mind - full large pitch rate for not a very big tent, no extras, just me and a toddler - and I had to pay over the phone in advance. Then there was noone there at reception early evening when we arrived and only one toilet block was open with the other declared not ready yet. Those facilities were new and warm but obviously chaotic as there should have been one or two more blocks open. Same for dish washing area.

I'm sure it'll be fine as time goes on. It's in a beautiful area so a good base for seaside adventures.
