Very impressed! All facilities perfectly clean and working well. Very busy when we visited but still felt comfortable although some pitches did appear to be a little cramped. Kids had a great time making new friends and the adventure playground kept them busy. Great location from which to explore North Devon beaches and villages.

What a fantastic site, a credit to the Caravan Club. Although the site is larger than we would usually chose it was still quiet, exceptionally well kept and has superb toilets and showers. My 8 year old wanted 2 showers a day as they were that good! The Wardens were more than helpful but remained unobtrusive. The surrounding area provides plenty to do and see and whatever facilities you need are only a short drive away. For anyone who likes boat trips the Ilfracombe Princess is good value for money. Take the "Lighthouse and Seal Cruise" and hopefully you will be lucky enough to see the seals as we did. 12 out of 10 to the Caravan Club and the Wardens at Willingcott.

Lovely site, very friendly wardens and lots of space and peace & quiet. Toilet blocks are spotless and showers are hot and plentiful. They even stock useful things in the shop for when you run out. Only criticism is that it's out of the way from shops/facilities but that's exactly why we'll be returning! The wardens are very commited and very hard working, can't ask for more.

June 2005 I'm a bit torn as to what type of review to leave, do I leave a bad review so that we can keep the site to ourselves, or do I tell the truth that this is one of the best kept caravan club sites we have ever had the pleasure to visit. The site is immaculate, the toilets, although old, were extremely well kept and the whole holiday experience was very pleasurable. I can recommend this site wholeheartedly to those with young(ish) families as the park facilities are especially good .
We WILL be visiting again, so join the queue.

September 2004 Visited this site on a very windswept weekend but survived!
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The arrivals area was conveniently spacious, the grounds were immacutely maintained and the facilities were well presented, clean and tidy.
Toilet block in good condition throughout. Shower area for women was not sufficiently sloped for water to flow away easily (my husband told me this was not true of the mens), but if you gave the shower a mid-point break it was rectified. Introduction of a slatted board in each cubicle, or a tiled ridge to front of shower would alleviate any problems. That said, the toilet block was well kept and impressively clean. Mop, bucket and water blade were all in good condition. All of facilities clean and tidy.
Site quite, good walking nearby and lovely beaches at Woolacombe.
Enjoyed ourselves for a weekend wind-down.
