I have just returned from this site, it is very clean and perfectly located for snowdon,
The shower facilities although clean were quiet dated and not the best I have found,
The staff were very accommodating and you could even pre order breakfast rolls to be delivered to your tent.
The on site shop had all you needed and the grounds were well kept and very clean,
The reception had lots of information of things to see and do and even takeaway information that would deliver onto site,
The area of snowdon is so beautiful and I cant wait to return. Would recommend this site.

Both my wife plus family and friends have used this campsite several times. The owners are always very welcoming and the site is always immaculate. We have used both our tent and, during the colder months, their static caravans. These caravans are kept in good order and are always very clean. Fantastic views of mount Snowdon and across Anglesey. Easy access to all of North Wales Highly recommended.

This was our first proper break in the caravan purchased last September.
We were pleased that the site was easily located and surrounded by so many options for visits in the Snowdonia national park, in fact so many things to do and not enough time.
The site was larger than we thought. A mix of age range made up other campers. Small shop with basic provisions but Caernarvon was only 3 miles away with a couple of supermarkets.
Nearest pub about 1 mile away but we didn't bother just got beer from supermarket. There was an Indian restaurant a mile from the site but again no time to try.
Toilets and showers clean although only 2 showers which meant you had to time your shower visit carefully or ended up waiting. We also made use of the washing up area as the sinks were bigger. Will visit again.

What can I say, absolutely brilliant. Went here to climb mount Snowdon for charity, brilliant location, brilliant facilities.
First camping trip I have ever been on, just hope all others are just as good.
When we got there we were a bit worried due to radio 1s big weekend nearby, but we were moved to the tourer section to not be disturbed which was nice.
The lady was very helpful eg directions to llanberis, where to go for a decent meal.
You can also get a bacon butty delivered to your tent between 7.30 and 10.30 at a low price, well worth it.
Also have to add the showers were amongst the cleanest I have ever seen.

We (2 adults and 3 children) stayed here, using the campsite 'timber tent'. Basically it's a log cabin with sleeping facilities, a kettle, fridge, heater and light. What a weekend. Fantastic.
We were met by the very friendly owners, who helped out when we realised we had forgotten plates. There is a very well stocked shop. Brekkie butties are available if you order the night before.
Toilets and showers are kept very clean. The site is in a lovely quiet spot, but close enough to beaches, Snowdon and the shops of Carnaerfon. Great views from the timber tent.
Would recommend this site to anyone. We are already planning a return visit. Kids loved it too.

Stayed here for 4 nights just after whit bank holiday what a gem, peaceful yet not far to go for anywhere Angelsey or abersoch within easy reach,
Separate field for tents, spotless toilets and showers, going back for August bank holiday cant wait, as returning with caravan we have upgraded to now,
The owners will even bring bacon sandwiches to your van in the morning if booked the night before. Small shop with basic essentials which was helpful milk bread etc, also sold gas on site,
Views were fantastic could see the sea and angelsey. Also not far from llanberis for snowdon and all its attractions.

Nice small site, had no problem with our Vango Killington 600 and 2 cars!
Weather Rubbish so cut stay by one night, very very windy one night!
Massive branch fell from a nearby tree and missed a tent by inches during high winds, glad I wasn't under them!
Had trouble with kids playing football outside the tent on a few occasions and smacking the ball against it, but after a stern telling off my me this seemed to stop. Lacking a play area really for football etc. To be fair I didn't report to the owners so they will be unaware of this.
Nice site all in all. Not much about so need to have use of a car.
Toilets and showers always clean.
Dont stay under trees, we were pitch 7 which was ideal.

This is a great little site, well located for Snowdonia, Anglesey and the North Wales coast.
The camping field has plenty of space; with just 10 pitches, it never feels crowded.
The site shop is well stocked and the local produce on sale is excellent - the bacon made the best sandwiches I've ever had!
The toilet and shower facilities are very dated, but they are cleaned several times a day.

We really liked this site, nice friendly atmosphere, good level pitches and very well kept grass in the camping field. Great dog walking field with a few resident horses that were no trouble. Very well situated for all the local points of interest. The toilet/shower block was a bit dated but perfectly clean. A good mix of tents, tourers and static vans.

Excellent small site, everything well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. They have just built a Timber tent to rent out and staff were quite happy to let us look at it whilst they were building it. The bacon butties we had had delivered to our van on our last morning were brill and great value for money. The location is excellent with Caernarfon only 2 miles in one direction and Llanberis about 5 in the other with regular bus service to both. Also good Indian restaurant 0.8 miles down road (only 5 mins on our bikes) and hotel with bar and restaurant over the road.
We stayed 6 nights and could have stayed 6 weeks and not being bored, There is so much to do around here for all ages and tastes. We will be back
