Lovely site for families, we had a pitch on the edge of the small play area which was great to keep an eye on our little girl.
There is so much to do in the area I only wish we had stayed longer, we loved exploring the hills our favourite place was the spring at Hayslad - take a big bottle!
We also visited Clive's Fruit Farm which the children loved even if it was quite expensive. Sadly we were two days early for the PYO strawberries but did the PYO eggs instead!
The staff were very helpful and there always seemed to be plenty wardens around.
No sign of any speed bumps as mentioned in other reviews, maybe they have removed them?
Only downside was in both blocks two out of the five showers were out of use.

This is the first time we have visited this site and found it to be everything we expected of a Caravan Club site. The facilities were clean and the surrounding area too. Access to Worcester city and Malvern is very good, the bus stop being just outside the gate. As we tour mostly in the winter, it is good to find sites of this level open when we wish to use them.

This is a wonderful site. Very large and open with some great views of the surrounding Malvern Hills. We bowled up in mid August 2009 and there were plenty of electrical hook-ups, I don’t think that this site ever gets totally full up, it’s just so big. All of the pitches are a good size and there is a good choice of sunny or shaded, grass or hard standing locations. This is Caravan Club site and as you would expect the two modern toilet / shower blocks were immaculate. The only slight gripe that I have is there wasn’t a shop on site and only a small village store about a mile away. However the site office did sell newspapers (pre-ordered) and milk and eggs but not much else.
Hereford and Worcester are surprising beautiful counties and we really enjoyed touring around the towns and villages. Places worth visiting are; Great Malvern, a beautiful Victorian town on top of a very big hill. Ledbury with it’s world famous black and white buildings dating back several hundred years, Tewksbury and Upton-on-Severn. If you like Olde Worlde English charm and scenery this is the place for you.
A quick mention for the wardens who were all really nice and very helpful. We will definitely go back to this site.

Second time at this lovely peaceful site, facilities are really clean, all housed in a central block and spacious pitches once again reminded us why we return to this site highly recommended if you are visiting the showground (close proximity). Staff were very welcoming and the shop sold basics such as bread and milk, also newspapers can be ordered for the next day.

Raining hard when we arrived. Had to settle for a grass pitch as the hardstanding were all used.Told to pick our pitch and come and tell them number within an hour and get barrier key. You can't pre book a hardstanding pitch. Very squelchy that night but it dried out well the next day and we had sunshine for the rest of our 3 day stay. Over 200 pitches, half hardstanding. Cost me £54.88 for a three night stay.Surrounded by trees and well laid out.Good size pitches. Shop sells sweets and ice cream and will order papers for next day at a 5p surcharge. Shop in Hanley Swan open 5 1/2 days. Morrisons supermarket 4 miles along road.Showers adjustable, very modern shower blocks. Some of the speed bumps other reviewers have mentioned have been removed. They were doing work to improve drainage when we were there as bottom pitches flood badly. Key for barrier, no charge. Ladies loos closed 11 - 12 in one block and 2-4 in other block for cleaning. Buckets emptied every day. Quiet site, well lit. Members only site. Friendly staff.Visited Great Malvern, beautiful buildings in this town. This is out second visit and would stay again.

Nice to be back a a great site, this a great site we stay here at least 3 times per year.
Shower block is first class, very hot water for washing and showering.
All the staff on this site are great, they give you a great welcome nothing is too much for them to do.
You can get all your basics from the shop plus order the morning paper for the next day.
You are just 15 mins drive from the Malvern show ground, this is a great show.

Firstly, lovely site, all very clean/neat/tidy as you'd expect from the CC. But I would say for those who like me, once pitched, STAY pitched and who prefer to stroll into town, the site is actually a lot further out from Malvern than it appears on the map! It took us a good 1 3/4 hours to walk in, as there is no 'direct' route (Not ideal if you intend to walk up/along the Malvern Hills when you finally get there!) Had we have realised how far it was we would have taken the bus, which stops outside the site! (Even this takes you through Upton-on-Severn first though!) There is supposed to be a public footpath across the fields but the site office did not have any maps,so we had to walk to Hanley Swan(which is the wrong way!) to get one.
Moral:Take a detailed local map with us next time.

We have been to this site on several occasions and its a fantastic site in a great area and very well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities are very good. The whole site is immaculate and there is a very nice kids play area. However I do agree with the other reviews about the speed bumps are a bit excessive but I would rather that than have people speeding around the campsite.

So 2009 is upon us and we have been out and about in the tin tent ! This weekend we have ventured out to the caravan club site in Great Malvern.
So as always the not so good bits
The speed bumps. We are all for safe sites there has been far too many accidents on campsites in the country and we are all for ensuring safety however the speed bumps here are excessive in our opinion. There are several complaints in the site log book. We scraped the bottom of our chassis on the way out.
Other than this the good bits now:
The site is nicely place for the area. Not far from the town of malvern with all the modern facilities just on the outside of the town with a supermarket, halfords, boots etc on one estate. The town had a farmers market on when we visited and the town has quite a few nice little shops banks, eateries and is a nice walk around although steep in places. Worcester is much bigger as one would expect and is worth a visit.
The campsite has a very modern set up with the facilities at the top end of the site. The bottom end facilities block was closed I suspect due to not having many bookings. The facilities are quite state of the art modern up to date. The showers are hot and plenty full and there is a dedicated radar operated disabled section with all you would require. Contained within the same block is a very good washing up section with extremely hot water for washing up with. This was impressive. There was a washing machine tumble drier and ironing board. All you would ever need for a long break there.
The pitches are very spacious although some had lying water on them but it did rain some though !
There is the usual CC standard EHU points throughout the site and the site is well laid out. Some people complained to the wardens that they were taking there caravans out via the opposite way on the one way system which some older individuals took offence at with the wardens. Personally I thought it was ok but there is no pleasing some people ! we took on the speed bumps and lost.
This site is well sheltered from the winds and although it did rain a lot it wasn't to bad with the winds.
So would we go again:
Yes we would. The speed bumps are a issue even at very low speed. It may have been because we have a big twin axle however you can get out despite the objections of some people. This is an excellent site with modern state of the art facilities and one we would without a doubt go to again.
