 Very slightly sloping field behind the thatched pub - appears to have recently been extended. Fresh water, rubbish bin and recycling bins.
One Ladies and one Gents loo with cold water hand washing facilities - basic but clean with soap and loo paper provided. Loo cassettes / Porta Potties can be emptied in a manhole near the loos, outside pub opening hours.
Owner was friendly and very laid back about what time we left on the Sunday. Allowed us to park on the end of the site road as there are no hardstandings and we were a bit worried about getting stuck due to the amount of rain recently.
Food in pub was good, didn't sample the beer - It is a Wadworth's pub.
Site was used by two groups of cyclists while we were there, not sure whether this is a regular thing, but there did seem to be several cycle routes within a few hundred yards. Canal is a short walk away.
No play area on site, but village green is 100yds or so away and has swings and climbing frame.
Quiet, relaxing site. Only downside was that £10 for MH & 2 adults seemed a bit much on a site with very little facilities - previous night we paid £7 for CL with hardstanding and electrics.

Very small site, just the pub back garden really. Basic facilities, no showers and only very small toilet for ladies.
If you want a quiet pitch and to be left alone then this could be the place for you, as long as you are not too bothered about washing facilities!
Very friendly publican who was informative about local area and willing to help with maps and advice on local walking routes.
Handy for Kennet and Avon Canal, Avebury, Silbury Hill, West Kennet Long Barrow etc. and beautiful walking in the Vale of Pewsey.
For a couple of days no-frills camping this would be fine, for any longer somewhere with more facilities would probably be my choice.
