Pretty area right next to the river and lots of lovely places to go for walks.
Not too expensive, toilets were clean and there is a tap to refill water.
Some of the children were even swimming in the river, others were fishing.
Had a lovely weekend here.

Liked. Easy to find. Lovely flat site, clean toilets and shower. Access to the river great fun for families. Fires allowed in metal pans provided by the farm. Close to Brecon and Sennybridge for Pub food.
Disliked. Dogs allowed anywhere on lead and did their business randomly. This concerned me as children were running, playing and rolling on the grass after the poop had been picked up. Some people even dumped the poop bags along the fence, too lazy to put them in the bin provided.
A little bit noisy with ball games and kids running around but I could have moved up the field to avoid that.
Overall a nice site which I would use again.

We stayed one night on our way down to Glamorgan and had a lovely night. Nicola was really helpful due to us having to email a few times as we needed to change timings.
The site itself is lovely, immaculately clean toilets and bathrooms facilities. Very dog friendly and we got a warm welcome when we arrived and were left to our own devices. The site is in an ideal location and with a gorgeous little stream on the site where we walked our dogs.
We'll definitely return when we go back to the Brecons.

What an amazing site in a beautiful part of Wales. We stayed on the non electric pitch.
There are some beautiful walks from here. The owners were very accommodating.
We will definitely be returning.

We stayed for 3 nights over Easter bank holiday arriving Saturday evening, we were very lucky with the weather. We are a family of 4, 10 year old daughter and 9 month old daughter. Our 10 year old enjoyed learning to kayak on the river by herself, while we paddled and fished in the shallows. We also enjoyed seeing the animals including a 2 week old calf.
This is a working farm with plenty of activity to watch. Owners are very friendly but not at all intrusive. We will definitely be returning sometime over the summer

We stay at this site whenever we are visiting family in Brecon. It has good, clean facilities but remains a simple, small natural site.
The site is run by family who are really friendly. It is a working farm so be prepared for animals and machinery, we love this.
We walk our dog in the meadow, which runs down to the river where he can paddle.
It is lovely for families who prefer the quieter more natural sites. With Brecon just three miles away and then mountains and hills all around, it is ideal for walkers.
They are now selling homemade cakes which I would wholly recommend! We'll be back in the Summer.

Wow ! I have just held an event here for 20 Classic Hymer motorhomes this weekend. Everyone who came (from Scotland to Sussex) was bowled over by the location next to the river in a stunning meadow, surrounded by beautiful trees. Peaceful, wonderful dark, starry skies.
Fires to gather round at dark. A refreshing lack of rules and regulations. Just able to enjoy together, relax and unwind. Great walks from the site. Not sure how many used the facilities as we have our own on board.
Brecon is only a few miles away but we stayed on site for the whole weekend. We didn't want to leave. A friendly welcome from the farming owners but overall we were left to enjoy. And we did.
