The Site is part of the Bunn Leisure sites, they have 4 sites and this is the touring site. The main club house and swimming pools are at West Sands which are about 3/4 of a mile away or White Horse which is smaller and has an outside pool which is 3/4 mile the other way and not a very nice walk as it is on a narrow road so you are best to drive to that club. The indoor pool at West Sands is very good with a large fitness pool and a large fun pool with lazy river and slides. The entertainment is very good in the evening with their own entertainment team putting on shows which mainly involve singing. Bingo is prize bingo and the prizes are rubbish and worth less than the ticket in most cases. The kids' club is very good and is a room off the main Embassy club room and most night had a kids' entertainer on doing magic, games, etc.
Warner Farm has one large toilet block in the middle of the site which is well designed and was always clean and stocked with toilet paper.
The site is popular with large families and multi-family large groups.
Of the six days we were on site we had two on site all day swimming in the morning, wrestling and Cinderella at West Sands in the afternoon and then back for the evening program. We also had a day at Butlins Bognor (£30+ two Sainsbury day out vouchers) and visits to Chichester and Bosham.

We usually avoid commercialised sites but we needed somewhere fairly close to Goodwood racetrack at short notice. The site is expensive, cramped, barren and extremely noisy at night we had booked our pitch for three nights but only stayed for two as I could not take another night of being woken at 1.40pm by other campers arguing. The toilets/showers are reasonably clean however the facilities such as the pool and club are quite a distance away. The site is cramped, barren and extremely noisy at night. I definitely would not return and after two years of motorhoming at sites around the country would rate this as my worst experience ever!

Stayed here for one night cause my dad has a static on west sands and a group of us came down. Large campsite with use of nearby facilities at west sands i.E swimming pool, arcades, clubhouse, crazy golf, gocarts etc etc which meant it was very expensive,30quid for 2 people and 1 tent. Not bad toilet and shower block, small shop selling basic provisions but everything you need is available at west sands. The site itself is very good and well maintained but I hated it because I was kept awake until 3.45am by selfish noisy campers coming back from the clubs.

We stayed at this site with some friends over bank hol weekend. We had a great time although we didnt use the bars etc. The swimming pool was clean and kids had fun. The burger bar was very expensive and had to wait nearly an hour for our food. Toilets and showers clean and pitches quite big too. Would return

We were very pleasantly surprised by this camp site. We would normally choose a much smaller site but were tempted by the special offer price for a week in June. We fully expected to want to pack up and leave before the week was up but this was not the case. We chose our pitch when we booked from a map which had been sent to us and were more than happy with it. The showers were free and kept very clean. The site was very busy over the weekend and quite noisy but we enjoyed the entertainment and would consider coming back again. Admittedly we came outside of school holidays so the site was not very busy during the rest of the week. We enjoyed a huge meal at the Riviera in Selsey and can also recommend the Rushmere for something a little more special. They offer a midweek set menu which was very good. We found a beautiful walk along the canal side into Chichester from Hunston. You can then catch a boat back. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Gunwharf Quays at Portsmouth is well worth a visit if the weather isn't too good and the village of Bosham is not to be missed.

Second review of this site and will be the last as it is a site we wont be returning to again. I have been a regular to bunn leisure for thirty years but I have seen a very steady decline in standards and guests. We were pitched along the back running alongside the play area and field. There were kids still up at 3am running amok most nights. When we eventually started to drift off to sleep some stupid idiot decided to train his dog on the field shouting 'sit', 'stay' 'down' etc. I have never prayed so hard in my life for that dog to do as it was told just to shut the man up. Mid-week a fire extinguisher was thrown at the tent missing my sons head by inches. I called security but no reply so took the extinguisher to the front gate security myself at 1.30am. We were on guard duty each night for the rest of our stay. We were offered a free week as compensation but we are most definitely declining the offer. Didn't use the pool much or the entertainment facilities as we were too worried about leaving the tent and our belongings for too long also need a small mortgage to make use of the clubs bars. The showers and toilets were in need of a clean.

We have come to the site on about 5 or 6 occasions from staying at one of their static caravans to using our trailer tent and then progressing to our caravan. I have always thoroughly enjoyed the holidays at this site and the only thing against it is that when the weather is bad (especially windy) you really know it because it is very open and on the sea front technically. The showers and toilets etc are very clean. Everything you could want is catered for but this does reflect in the price and maybe it's a bit more expensive that the usual run of the mill campsite but you should also consider the fact that this is a 5* site. All staff are very pleasant, polite and helpful the only comment with regards to the staff is the man that shows you the pitch (we had the same one two/three years running), he is a bit of misery and when you arrive to start your holiday he can put a bit of a downer and all of the proceedings! All in all.very good!

Stayed for 4 nights during October half-term. Unfortunately the weather was against us. The site is fairly open and the wind managed to pull some of the awning pegs out of the ground on the first night. A lot of the pitches had bad groundwater drainage. Even though we had a hard-standing pitch the awning was pitched on grass and we traipsed through mud from the second day onwards. However, on the plus side, the toilets and showers were fine. The kids play area was good and there is a large field for football as well as an all-weather sports area. The main site has the usual amusements and entertainment. The pool complex was great with a leisure pool which is good for the kids and a standard pool if you want to swim a few lengths. There are a few places to eat in Selsey - we had quite a plentiful cheap meal at the Riviera Family Restaurant on the High Street. In the summer months this would probably be fine if you want a site with entertainment.

Previous stays at the other Bunn leisure sites in this area have been very enjoyable. This site. In particular has changed my view of the whole complex. we were pitched on 2 sites which, through an hedge and access path, backs on to the kids playground. In itself not a problem as we have young children ourselves. The problem occurs when the bars shut and all and sundry use the area as a means of gaining access to the Touring park complex, again not a problem until you get the people who's teenage kids feel the need to play on the playground and 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning and obviously suffering from too much alcohol consumption. On one night we had 2 large fire extinguishers thrown into our tent from over the hedge. Kids having fun? Security???? were informed and said they would visit the area, they didn't. Same again next night only no projectiles this time, security again informed, no action. Complaint to the manager went no where, contracted security staff who only have to go as far as the toilet block to log on and that's it. The toilets in the Touring park were kept clean as best they could by the staff and the entertainment in the embassy ballroom was of a high standard. The kids playground is good and so was the oasis swimming pool complex, sadly I do not recommend this park.

Great location for Chichester, Portsmouth and the lovely beaches at Selsey and Witterings. The pitches were very generous compared to some sites I've been to. Plenty of room for a large 9 man tent, Gazebo, wind breaks and 7 seater car ! Showers hot and always available, never had to queue. The main complex has very good entertainment facilities and a fantastic swimming pool. Good play area, Ideal site for young families. Staff very friendly, site kept clean. Weekends seem to attract the teenagers which was a bit noisy on the Saturday night after the disco finished about 1.30 am, but the on site security soon arrived to deal with any troublemakers. Overall it was a good site and I would go again.
