We have a family with children and stayed as a group for a birthday event.
Absolutely lovely hostess on the site to greet us as we arrived. Could not have been more welcoming.
Pitch large and fire pit already there for us.
Some food for tea or breakfast avaliable from farm shop.
Showers were great. Toilets basic but cleaned twice a day from what I could see. Plenty of loo paper.
Site relaxed and picturesque. Lovely views of the White Horse in the distance.
Very easy reach of pub and walks on the Ridgeway.
Will definitely go back again.
Thank you.

A proper old-fashioned campsite, for all the right reasons. Small enough to quickly get to know some of the other campers, and even make new friends. The dogs all mingle and have a great time too!
Firepits with seats around, for cooking on or just spending relaxed evenings by the fire chatting with the neighbours. The farm shop sells firewood, but you're welcome to bring your own.
The campsite owner is the nicest lady you could hope to meet.
A really lovely location with superb views of Uffington White Horse. Level ground for a comfortable night's sleep if camping, and easy to get tent pegs in.
Washing facilities nostalgically basic and beautifully clean. Go on a weekday for a nice relaxed stay.
Plenty of wildlife around - sparrows nesting in the toilet block and Barn Owls calling in the night - I loved it!
Unfortunately you have to walk along a road to reach the nearest pub or public footpath, but it's not too busy and just a minor inconvenience. Will certainly be returning.
Make sure you visit Great Coxwell Tithe Barn - just a short walk away and stunningly beautiful (remember to put a donation in the box).

A lovely secluded site - easy to find if you heed the warnings about following the post-code.
Clean and well-equipped facilities.
The nearby King and Queen provided excellent and generous portions of food - and good ales. Recommended.
The only minor drawback was that instead of paying by debit card, the owners require payment by bank transfer, a process that took 10 minutes instead of 2!

Great campsite for a meet up with adult friends. Lots of space, and good pitches for tent, campervan and trailer tent.
Facilities were very adequate as the campsite was quiet.
Loved it all, apart from some Hen Party noise (one night) from afar.
In lovely quiet countryside, with good access for walks.

Well spaced, quiet site with good views and very clean facilities. A nice, fairly basic site.
Well located for walking on the Ridgeway and for access to the Thames Pathway at Radcot.
When the site was busier at the weekend there could usefully have been more toilets but it wasn't a problem. CWD would also have been useful.

Grandfather with girls 11 and 13. It's a field with two loos, two showers and washbasins and washing-up sink. All newish and kept clean.
Wonderful views of the Downs. Suggest avoid the west end of field as occupants of Oxford Yurts over the hedge were rather vocal late at night.
Proximity of Farmer Gow operation was wonderful - girls loved it, and v educational. Fire pit ( bring own logs- Fmr Gow charges min £7. 50 for bag ) great success for children, toasted marshmallows and Running About With Burning Sticks.
You would not credit the Lord of the Flies aspect! Also spotting shooting stars after nightfall.
Never saw hosts but it worked online.

Very well kept green camp site, purpose built fire pits and lovely scenery,
Road noise is not too bad
The facilities were very clean and well kept.
Highly recommended for a chill out in relative peace and quiet.
