What a lovely small campsite! Owners are very friendly and their children came and played with ours.
Site was very quiet at night and only a couple of other campers throughout our stay. Loved the thought the artificial grass on your pitch to help with keeping your van cleaner. Great location for the coastal walk-st Angus and Perranporth all walking distance.
We had Sainsbury’s online shop delivered for when we arrived which was a suggestion from the owners. For the money they charge it is a great site.
Only two very very small things and wasn’t a problem just something we commented about:
-There was no towel or paper to dry your hands on in the toilets.
-the toilet/shower blocks arent heated. It wasn’t a problem as we had fairly dry decent weather but middle of winter could be cold. You could run the shower to warm the room up. We did love the fact the showers are a proper cubicle like you would have at home and it was a proper shower so no pushing the button 👍
We would definitely stay again and the views are amazing.

I arrived at Cross Coombe Farm and was greeted by the owners and welcomed to the site. All the pitches are spaced out with lots of room in between. Each pitch has its own electric point and its own water tap.
There are 4 toilets and 2 showers which were spotless each time I visited them. There is a washing up point, 2 fridges and a waste disposal point outside the toilet and shower area.
This is a small site with less than 10 pitches. They accommodate lots of different units, tents, campervans, caravans were all accepted on site and it is dog friendly. I met my friends at the site. They are regular visitors to the site and I can understand why.
The view from the site is down a beautiful valley and a small cove can be found down at the end of a narrow road. The road is quite steep in places but well worth the walk down and back. The site is a short drive from Perranporth one direction and St Agnes the other. I prefer a quieter site so this was perfect for me and my cockapoo Mabel
I had a great holiday even though the weather was quite changeable and if I return to Cornwall I wouldn't hesitate booking this site again. Well worth the money.

Lovely reception from the gentleman owner.
Lovely set up cheap and cheerful for me aswel as on a budget.
The donkeys and larma were really special too.
I watched the aurora light the sky. The sunrise over the hill.
A mere ten metres walk you are on the airfield and on the coastal path to epic views of st Agnes.
Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was unfortunate that the weather was so very wet that the site was considerably waterlogged.
However, it was well laid out and we managed! The boiler also broke down so there was no hot water one evening and morning - so no showers - but they did make a bathroom near reception available that was on a separate boiler until it was fixed later in the day.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Jane gave us help with bus timetables and taxi numbers and a drain problem we notified of was quickly responded to.
The facilities when all working were good - hot decent showers, plenty of washing up sinks. We didn't take advantage of other facilities.
It is very close to the SW Coastal Path which is what we wanted.

This site is a real gem. The owners are welcoming, the site is sheltered but with views down the valley and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the coastal path.
The facilities are basic but clean and work well and the pitches are well spaced out.
My only suggestion would be to notify new arrivals of their pitch number before arrival.

The site was fine but the lanes into the last mile to the site were very narrow and the edges had not been cut so the bushes were catching the both sides of the caravan all the way along the lane. for the price you pay you would expect the lane into the site would have the edges cut and maintained
Very poor access for caravans so l will not be using this site again

My husband and I stayed here with our cocker spaniel. The campsite has a lovely vibe and delightful views.
The walk down to Trevance cove and the scramble round the rocks to St Agnes then back over the cliff walk is really special.
The site is sloping ( which is what gives the views) but the pitches are level and the site kept immaculate.
We enjoyed seeing ponies, donkeys and alpacas out the window of the camper van even when it was a bit drizzly ( the donkeys are hilarious the way they play ).

Loved this place. Was set in a lovely setting on a very clean farm and perfect for what we were after (a nice quiet break in a location suited for various coastal walks).
Nicely welcomed and lucky we had good weather.
Nice pubs within half(ish) hour walk (Miners Arms served great food with awesome service).
Defo want to go back.
No negatives although we could have been caught out with the toilets as no loo rolls, but we're always prepared so not an issue at all.
Own EHU and water perfect.

I liked everything, the owners were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were clean.
The only slight dislike was having to undo the gate when entering or exiting the camping area.
I only have a small camper but I would imagine a large one would block the road when having to do this.
However this is a very minor gripe.
