What a lovely site! Steve was charming and very welcoming.
The site is set in a lush orchard - very quiet and peaceful.
Didn't need to use "The Facilities" but would have been happy to - we checked them out!
Will definitely stay again when we are back in that area and would recommend this site without hesitation.
If you want peace and quiet, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I stayed at Orchard Farm Campsite with our dog.
The caravan site is extremely well kept with beautiful surroundings. It's very peaceful and has plenty of wildlife that visits, I enjoyed watching the birds and rabbits through my binoculars.
The facilities are clean and well maintained.
The site is perfectly situated to enjoy Glastonbury as it's only a short distance from the town by car but far enough away to maintain it's secluded peaceful atmosphere.
Steve and Kathy are both lovely and very helpful, Steve even invited me to feed the sheep and lambs that live on the campsite which was just fantastic!
The only thing that I wasn't happy about was having to leave.
Thanks to Steve and Kathy for helping to make our first trip to Glastonbury so amazing! We will definitely be making a return visit in the future.

We absolutely loved it at Orchard Farm. We stayed in a Deluxe Family pod. Our first time Glamping after years of off grid camping.
The pod was pure luxury, there was everything we needed. The bed was ultra comfy and the bathroom with shower were great. Always nice hot water.
There is a sofa as well as table and chairs inside plus a patio set with a barbecue also. We woke up to a view of the orchard and wandering sheep everyday.
This is one of the only holidays when I've felt sad to leave, I'm normally ready to go home after a few days but this site and pod are so relaxing we both felt like staying for good.
Our hosts Steve and Kathy met us at arrival and showed us around. After that they left us in peace which is just as we like. Though if you need them they are happy to help.
We visited nearby Somerton and Street, Wells, Glastonbury, Chedder Gorge and Avalon Marshes. Wells and Cheddar Gorge are a must. Somerton is nice. Street has restaurants pubs and shops, the Italian restuarant is really good.
Glastonbury is different lol, but the Tor is well worth the walk.
All in all this is lovely relaxing site, not too big neither so easy to strike up a conversation if you wish or just stay private if that's your thing.

We loved this site. From the moment we pitched up, we felt relaxed. Steve was very helpful.
We loved the quietness and the noises from the sheep. We watched a family help Steve feed the sheep which was fascinating and when the local farmer was moving the sheep up the road, my husband was asked to help herd them in one direction and not go off piste into the gardens opposite.
We visited The Clarkes Village which was 4 miles down the road and we also visited friends locally.
We would definitely be back and would recommend a visit. If you have friends or family without motorhomes or caravans, the site has beautiful glamping pods, for them to join you.

What a little gem. Steve the owner was so friendly and helpful.
Toilets and showers spotless. Very dog friendly lovely 10 min stroll to a pub serving food.
The campsite is as you would expect from the name in an orchard. So peaceful.
We will definitely be back.

Lovely peaceful site surrounded by apple trees. Owners are very helpful and keep the site and facilities clean and tidy.
We cycled to Glastonbury and around the local area and felt quite safe.
We also played golf at the local course which the owner, Steve, told us about. He also gave us a good incite into the local shops and pubs. Hopefully, we can stay longer next time

Lovely level site in part of an orchard on the outskirts of Butleigh. There are two hardstanding pitches and the rest are grass. If you are at the far end of the site, the WiFi is non-existent, but a quick walk to the entrance gets some signal.
Views from the site northwards, towards Glastonbury, are lovely. It is very peaceful and well run by the owners. This extends to a comprehensive set of information which comes with your booking confirmation.
Not a problem for us, but the road by the site entrance is thin. If you have a newer wide caravan or a twin axle 'van, you will need to be at the top of your game when it comes to manoeuvring into/out of the entrance.
There are plenty of walks directly from site. We did a village circular walk and also a walk into Great Breach Wood.
There is a well stocked village shop/Post Office and also the Sourdough Farm Shop, which is essentially a garden summerhouse, stocked with some necessities and some luxury items.
If the owner is not there, there is an honesty box or you can pay by BACS later. Didn't try the pub, nor the tea room.
In short, a lovely site, which justifies a return visit.
