The site was clean and well kept. Facilities were excellent(showers really hot)
On site shop was well stocked and pub really friendly.
A regular bus service at the top of the road went into Weymouth every day.
Lovely walks along the coastal path and farther afield.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

We used to stay at East Fleet quite a lot, when it was family owned and run, so decided to try it now Away Resorts have taken it over.
Had asked to be in the Stable Field when we booked back in January and our wish was granted. This is usually a quiet area but sadly our first night was spoiled by a family with 3 generations and dogs on the loose. Thankfully some of them left the next day.
Standard hardstanding pitches didn't really feel looked after. Looks like they concentrate on the more expensive fully serviced pitches?
We like the facilities in the Stable Field, individual shower rooms with sink and toilet, however this visit they were not very clean. Literally cobwebs everywhere.
Useful indoor washing up area.
Didn't use the on site bar/restaurant so cannot comment.
Love the accessories shop though, definitely the best on site one we've come across anywhere.
Walked uphill to the Army Camp to catch the bus into Weymouth - £2 each way per adult.
We enjoyed some lovely weather here and walked to the little Fleet Chapel, the Fleet and the hill about which has great views.
Sadly this will probably our last visit to East Fleet as there are other better sites in the area now.

Loved it again, go every year at the start of the season to ensure van is all ok.
2 lovely nights.
The van is 5 miles closer to our house than the storage location when we come here and means I can go get any tools etc in a jiffy.
My only problem is dogs, there have to be areas where dogs just don't go??? The restaurant had dogs growling and barking at each other all evening, at least keep them under control please.

Great place to stay easy to get a taxie to town costs around £6.
Play area for kids very friendly all the kids make friends there, toilet facilities are very clean & the showers single or family showers available.
The lagoon on the site is a great place to chill and enjoy the view.
We go every year have never had any problems with anyone or anything on site.
Pub, shop & restaurant on site try it yourself you’ll love it!
We go again next week !

Excellent site staff very attentive. Very helpful with cycle and walking routes. Facilities very clean.
Grass pitches not clearly marked stones on the floor with number not visible. Nice size pitches.
The only downside is the hill you have to walk up to the bus stop.
No good for cycling up the hill you need to be very fit, but once up cycle routes all over Weymouth and Portland if you fancy a challenge.
Shop on site very good they are also very well stocked for camping needs
Will definitely use the site in the future for visiting Weymouth 👍

Great campsite. We took our son on his first camping trip here.
Showers was great the shop was great to. Perfect for families. Also a Aldi near by and fast food if you don’t fancy cooking.
The pitch was big and on flat ground.
Everyone’s silent in the night with most people with lights out at 9pm.
Will be going back when we can.
