What a great small site, with such a good welcome.
The facilities are always in excellent condition and cleanliness.
We absolutely love staying there.
Close to Woodhall Spa, walking distance if needed, but a short drive to many local attractions.

Great site, great value! We had a lovely pitch, and some lovely neighbours too!
We will definitely come back again.
There is absolutely nothing bad to say about the site, apart from our stay wasn't long enough!
Very close to the lovely Woodhall Spa, and less than 30 miles to the coast.
Just what we needed, a really stress free break!

Clean well kept facilities, brilliant location for walking and cycling and very peaceful site.
Only down side was bins was overflowing and had not been emptied for a while.
Even tried our hands at fishing and caught a fish within minutes of trying.

Lovely clean facilities and good price.
Lots of beautiful walks in local area and close to Woodhall Spa.
Decent pitch sizes
Only downside was it was a bit noisy as our pitch was close to the road.

This is a nice little site just a couple of miles from Woodall spa
It's set out over 3 areas the bottom field is for tents the middle one is for caravans/motor homes and campervans and there are a couple of pitches in the top field set around the fishing pond
The WC& showers are also in this part and under cover pot wash is also here
There are plenty of fish in the pond, the biggest I caught was about 9lb

What a wonderful site is Stockshill Caravan & Camping park, situated in the hamlet of Stixwould, 2 miles outside the village of Woodhall spa.
Stockshill has 30 pitches, which welcomes caravans, motorhomes, campervans & trailer tents & tents, many of the caravans are seasonal, all people we met were very friendly & welcoming
We were a party of three my sister, my wife & myself, with a large five berth tent, the cost of the pitch with electric hook up was just £20 all in. Including my sister, this was indeed outstanding value, from an outstanding site.
Caroline (Caz) was a wonderful host, she gave us the bottom paddock, which was big enough to house at least five or six big family tents, we had this all to ourselves for most of our ten day stay at Stockshill, with the exception of a small tent for two nights. Caroline let us pitch & settle in and then came back in the evening check if we needed anything & to check everything was OK. Caz told us about the local area, places to see & visit, there are plenty of places to walk from the site & how they had built the campsite up from just 8 pitches & her plans for the next five years.
The site is set out in three areas, the top area has a pond & Caz leaves a fishing rod by the pond should you wish to try your hand at fishing, also by the pond is the facilities block. Which was refurbished last year, to a very high standard, two showers (lovely & warm) two toilets, a wash basin in each male & female sections. On the side of the facilities block is the washing up area, under cover, with plenty of hot & cold water. There were plenty of bacterial wipes, soap & hand sanitizer throughout the facilities block.
The middle section was by far the biggest section, which accommodates the caravans, mobile homes, camper vans & sometimes tents, all the pitches have electric hook up & there are water taps around the field.
The bottom paddock used to accommodate horses up to two years ago & is now used for tents. We felt very safe in the bottom paddock all on our own, the only down side was we were far away from the toilets, at least 150 metres from our tent, but in view of the Covid situation it was a small inconvenience.
The site was well place to enjoy the local area; there were so many places to visit & so much to do, there were plenty of walks directly from the campsite. We were so lucky with the weather, we had just one day with a few showers & the last six days of our ten days stay at Stockshill were fantastic, wall to wall sunshine, in fact a little too hot, we all returned home with a nice tan.
Lastly I must thank UK Campsites, for they encourage their members to place a review of all sites we visit & give each site a star rating, which makes it easy to fine the best sites in the area you wish to visit. I have to stay that Stockshill caravan & camping park has obtained a ten star rating, which the site well deserves, so keep up the good work Caz. I would highly recommend Stockshill to my friends & anyone who would like a relaxing holiday in Lincolnshire and hopefully we shall visit again in the future.
Best Wishes for the future,
Brian, Martina & Joy
Tonbridge, Kent.

Great little site
Clean toilet block containing two toilets and two showers for each sex.
Six Very level touring pitches on hard core.
Shared site with other seasonal pitches.
Only one bad point is the adjacent road noise.
