The site entrance is quite tight to get in, but not a prob at all. The owner met us as we were looking for the reception. "Just pick any pitch, there's four empty " he said. We picked the second one in as the first looked a bit smaller than the others.
There's a small stream behind which is tidal and we had visits from swans when the tide was in.
The small toilet/ shower block was immaculately clean. There's also a room with a bath if you need it. There's also a good sized washing machine of the type you get on Spanish sites.
The site is well kept and all pitches are fully serviced, though we did have to have a good poke in the drain to get it free from debris.
There are some nice walks by the river, one directly accessed from the back of the site.
There are quite a few statics, which again are well kept.
There's a proper traditional pub right at the entrance to the site. It does food, breakfast and then at dinner time, not at night which caught us out the first time we went for tea. But no bother we got a takeaway from and Indian in Pembroke which was one of the finest we have had (Pembroke tandoori).
There's some brilliant beaches round about.
And only short drives to saundersfoot and Tenby.
There's a Tesco and Asda in Pembroke about a ten minute drive away.

The owners are lovely and always there to help.
Hard standing and level pitches, a river runs along the site with plenty of wild life.
Dog walking facility, and a lovely walk to carew castle and mill.
Showers always clean and plenty of warm water. Toilets and a washing up area.
Electricity and water and dogs come in the price.
Pub walking distance and fish and chip shop.
Reasonably priced.

Great little site, well maintained and a very clean and well maintained. Fully serviced pitch help make the holiday.
Extremely helpful and friendly owners. Has a little park and the chip shop, just outside the site, serves great fish n chips. Some good walks along the estuary.
Didn't get to the pub, opposite the chip shop, but wished we had.
Will certainty be returning for another fantastic holiday.

I found that the site was not easy to find as its behind a Pub.
The few pitches that were there were at the bottom of a grass slope,
& as there had been rain my concern was that the hard standing would become flooded.
Just over the wall next to the pitches was a tidal water basin which was full of weeds & rubbish looked unsightly.
Would I visit again I have to say No!

Lovely peaceful friendly site. We were able to do the short walk through the fields to the beautiful mill and castle.
Path could be muddy if recent rain but then you can take a 15 mins walk along the road instead.
Pub at entrance to site does great evening meals and snacks at lunchtime (closed on Monday).
Can catch bus to Tenby or Pembroke dock.
Would love to stay at this site again.

What a gem of a site located on a tidal river.
All pitches are fully serviced.
The site is peaceful and quiet and ideally located to visit Tenby and local beaches.
Outside the site is the village pub, shop and chippy

Found the site on UKcampsite, small but really nice & quiet. Only about 12 pitches some were seasonal & there were some static caravans there too. Very clean & tidy. Shower block was dated but again looked after, Included a family bathroom, 1 female & 1 Male shower & a laundry room. The owners are very nice people, relaxed & friendly.
Small estuary running along side, quite relaxing listening to it running. The entrance was VERY tight going in from the road, just took a wide berth, manageable! Short walk to a beautiful brewery pub, a little shop & a really nice chippy.
There was also a Milk station in the shop forecourt dispensing fresh milk 24hrs a day from a local farm 99p a litre. We walked from the site to Carew castle & tidal mill about ¾ mile walk, a real must.
Also by the site entrance there was a play park that my grandchildren enjoyed.
Tenby is only a few miles away, as are other beaches. I did see a bus stop quite near the entrance if like me you have a motorhome & an OAP bus pass!
All in all a gem of a find will definitely go there again.
We paid £22 per unit per night which included EHU ( & the family).
