We were given a warm welcome to this small friendly site.
Although situated alongside the main road to Pendine it had a peaceful feel surrounded by greenery.
The 2 unisex shower/toilets functioned well as did the dish washing facility. A bonus was having access to a washing machine and dryer (paid via honesty box)

Great small site. Lovely and quiet. Beautiful views.
Only downfall was showers and toilets where together and not separate.
The rest was fantastic.
Would highly recommend.
Thank you for a lovely stay.

Although we couldn’t get the dates available for our trip but the whole experience of communicating with Host Rosie was pleasant and understanding of our requirements and gave appropriate options, but sadly it wasn’t for us this time around but certainly we will try and book this site at least 6 months in advance as it is very popular with campers.
Can see why it’s so popular !
Thanks once again Rosie, hope to camp at Brooks farm in the near future

A small quiet site between Laugharne and Pendine with a level all-grass field.
Officially eight pitches, and I think that would be rather cosy if they were all occupied; but there were at most three while we were there mid-week off season. Friendly owners. Loos and disposal facilities were fine and we did not use or require anything else.
Towing a caravan through Laugharne can be fraught (I believe the Pendine direction would be worse) not helped by constant quarry lorry traffic through the village (but not past the site).
Laugharne is picturesque and interesting, with the castle and the Dylan Thomas sites. However it was surprisingly difficult to find anywhere to eat in the evening, at least with a dog in tow.
Pendine is acres of holiday chalets (which they seem desparate to sell to you), plus a large building site for a "hostel" (??), minus the Museum of Speed that used to be there, plus the beach.
The beach, Pendine Sands, is something else, one of the largest in the UK, and even has cliffs and caves. There are a some cafes and beach shops on the small promenade, and the Spring Well Inn which is where we ate in the evenings,

Lovely flat but small area for tents, caravan, motorhome. Toilets and washroom housed in a converted outbuilding with washer facilities too.
We only stayed one night, and although only ten minutes by car to a beach, the walk is much further and restricted due to private land close by.
If you want a quiet spot and are prepared to drive or use public transport then this is fine. I would agree with an earlier reviewer that for the cost you can get additional facilities with pleasant surrounding in the same area, for less, however each to their own.
I can't comment on the owners as I didn't meet them.

What a fantastic place to stay!
It's quiet and rural - not too far from a shop/pub/restaurant/ beach - all in a short drive in either direction.
Rosie and Justin provide comfortable amenities which are spotless and warm. Washer / drier also available at a small charge.
Perfect spot for sightseeing or have a day on the site listening to the buzz of the !
On a clear night you can star spot.
Owners are so approachable and chatty also very helpful. They have loads of ideas for places to visit
Pitch was flat so easily accessible.
We'll be back to explore some more.

Conveniently placed between Pendine and Laharne this site has two great all in shower/toilet rooms plus a washer and dryer. Lovely people and dogs! A bus stops just up the road or you can ride down to Pendine in 5 minutes mostly on a cycle path.

A really lovely flat site with good facilities, lovely views over the surrounding countryside and estuary and very pleasant and helpful owners. It is located just a few miles from Laugharne and Pendine with a very easy flat cycle ride into Pendine along a fairly quiet road (cycle path for some of the way) and a more demanding one into Laugharne. Our visit was somewhat spoilt by the totally selfish behaviour and lack of parenting skills exhibited by a party of four families and their children who regarded the whole campsite as their private space for the duration of their stay. However their appalling behaviour was off set by the kind actions of the owners who allowed us to move into an area of their garden away from the late night drinking and the children's footballs! We will certainly visit this site again and hope that next time we meet with more reasonable fellow campers!
