Could not fault the site, however the location is not too close to the beach if that is what one is looking for.
Quiet with fair spacing between units.
New sanitation block.
Proprietor very amicable and seriously cares for her clients, she periodically wanders around the site and chats to her clients ensuring their satisfaction.
Ood value.
Would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely little gem of a site, glad we came across it!
Very quiet, well maintained grass pitches. Very welcoming friendly couple who own it.
At the moment electric hook up and facilities to empty the elsan toilet and fill up with fresh water.
Ideally situated for a 5 minute walk to the shops and beach.

Great site lovely helpful owners.
Site really clean (no toilet ) and that’s ok.
10 mins walking village centre, with pubs places to eat and take ways, we didn’t have take out but Heard good things about the Marina chip shop and the Chinese takeaway.
Beach 15 mins walk so all on the door step.
Our 1st visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and go there again ourselves.
Nice quiet site.

This site is a real jewel of the Lincolnshire coast. Level small 5 van site. EHU but no toilets or showers.
Very friendly site owners.
We stayed with 2 grandchildren they loved the site,
Only a couple of minutes walk to small resort centre and the huge Sandy beach.
200 metre walk to bus stop for Ingomells with a great fun fair and Skegness.

What a fantastic site, met on arrival and made very welcome. Site is close to all amenities although far enough away to be extremely quiet, on leaving we were asked if all was ok and if we were to visit again we would be more than welcome, 5 star experience!

Just like to tell everyone what a lovely site this is. Just got back from spending four days here. Everything within walking distance, shops pubs, bus stop, beach. You don't need a car. The owners are very pleasant and come to welcome you. The site is flat and also very quiet as surrounded by trees, but you still get a good tv picture. Would go back as its a little gem. Thanks mr &mrs lindley.
