Welcoming, friendly owners and great location for sights,
However a bit of modernisation could be done to the toilets and shower.
The water was lovely and hot though in both bathroom and kitchen, recycling encouraged and separate areas provided for this.

Great, very tidy and well maintained.
Beautiful location, very quiet.
Very nice host as I only wanted to come to have a campfire for my husband's birthday.

Having purchased an older trailer tent we selected this venue as it was close to home and if we needed parts we could pick them up easily.
The venue was well run by the team and well appointed, the showers were hot and the facilities were cleaned regularly.
The vineyard is a working farm but unobtrusive and tranquil scenery on the most part. Plenty of room for all the visitors. At night the stars were clear.
In short a really good base for touring Kent and a nice rural setting. I liked it.
Oh and the Far Acre wine is amazing too.

Lovely little place.
Jennie is very welcoming and helpful, she's also superhuman, half eleven at night scrubbing the washing up area while her daughter, the lovely Lily, held a light above her.
Nothing fancy but if you're after a quiet break and want a campfire to toast marshmallows then this is perfect.

Great little campsite next to a Vineyard.
Basic facilities but very clean. Plenty of space while we were there.
Good base to explore Kent and East Sussex. Would definitely return when in area.

Fantastic, simple site with welcoming owners. The showers were shut (COVID) but the toilets were good and no queues.
The site is enclosed so safe for smaller children and the local walks across fields and farmland was lovely.
We would definitely recommend their sparking wine!

Liked: small friendly site; not too noisy; good local walks; lovely nearby pubs; Far Acre wine;
Disliked: campsite was off a fairly busy road. Not enough to spoil the experience.

The Proprietor was very friendly and attentive.
The facilities were immaculate and the site in near perfect condition.
Various optional extras make sense and are a lovely welcome addition if you are looking to make the experience a bit more special.

A pleasant campsite with well spaced out pitches,
Due to Covid 19 we used our own facilities,
Very little road noise,
Friendly helpful staff and we enjoyed our stay, thank you

Loved staying at this simple and spacious campsite. Made to feel so welcome by both owners and pitched up on a lovely perimeter pitch with views across to the vineyard and beautiful woods.
Everyone had space, oh so rare in summertime camping, and the basic facilities were convenient and kept spotlessly clean. The 3 Glamping units looked really appealing, nice mix of tent campers and small caravans.
We had to change our plans because of summer storms and Jennie was so flexible and helpful.
Highly recommend for a traditional simple camp, we will be returning 😁
