We visited the site about 8 yrs ago when it hadn’t been open long. It was then operated by a family as a new venture, a bar/restaurant on site was a great feature.
Back to the present and the site has expanded with all fully serviced pitches and a few tent pitches.
The site is exceptionally well maintained, a block of ‘wet rooms’ are excellent with a warm interior, push button shower with toilet and hand basin.
The site is effectively ran by Coastfields Leisure Ltd who also run the Addlethorpe Golf and Country Club. The office on site is manned approx 8-5 with a phone number for out of hrs contact. We had a slightly embarrassing episode where I was checking the van’s taillights while my wife booked in and following this forgot to turn the lights off. A couple of hrs later discovered the car battery was flat. We ran the office for any chance of a jumpstart and 2 of their staff responded promptly with polite good humour, we donated our deposit to them for a job well done all with a willing smile.
If if you wish to walk dogs/visit the Golf Club, turn right out of the site walk up the main road for approx 20 metres on the left of the road is a metal 5 bar gate with access through to the Golf Club. If you go right you’ll see the signed path up to the Club House, it’s about a 10 minute walk.
The Clubhouse has a public bar with meals available. The only thing lacking for us was the that the bar restaurant wasn’t up and running, on our first visit it proved a godsend as the site is a little isolated and to be able to get a beer and a decent meal in nice surroundings within 2 minutes walk was great. We asked as to any projections for an opening to be told that it was out for offers, I suggest they’ll get tenants to run it for them, but there was nothing in the near future on the cards.
All in all a good break, for the site to be a ‘corporate’ entity, the service when needed was beyond reproach.

Very pleasant site. Site caretaker was very helpful.
First day there they offered to take me in there own car to show me the way into ingomells.
And also to local takeaway as my unit was staying on site
Would not hesitate to stay there again 10 out of 10 👍👍

The site was lovely, well kept & clean, the owners went above & beyond upon our arrival even helping us pitch the tent, we had a 3 year old travelling with, so knowing the site was so safe was a huge relief.
We will definitely be returning to the site, very reasonably priced & minutes away from
Skegness, Ingoldmells & Chapel St Leonard’s as advertised. Thanks so much for a great first holiday for our little girl, can’t wait to come back for another!

Very well laid out flat site with water, electric and elsan on all pitches.
Site was very well looked after by Steve and Doreen who couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful.
The shower and toilet facilities were both ultra modern and spotlessly clean.
The campsite is in a good position to visit all the amenities in Skegness and the surrounding areas and shops are not too far away.
The only downside is that the bar and restaurant were not open but again things like that are not too far away.
Once again thanks to Do and Steve for all your help and for keeping a lovely site, we will be back again.

Really excellent site; well laid out with plenty of room. Lots of loos and showers, all in spotless condition, with a wet room too.
On arrival we were offered help to set up, with an offer to help erect the awning as well. The service here is first class and friendly. All pitches are fully serviced.
Very good value for money, with the sea a short drive away, and local shops nearby.
All in all highly recommended.
