Quiet, laid back site. Clean toilets and showers.
Owners were very friendly and always about if any problems arose.
Good Central location with Chapel Village about 10 mins walk.
We will be booking again.

It was a boggy, flooded bit of end of a field. Did dry out when sun came out but when raining was flooded again.
Small toilet block clean but old, no washing up facilities. Had to pay for showers which with teenagers turned out expensive.
Basic site for a quick stay for weekend but wouldn't want longer.
No one telling you where repetition was or emergency number had to find out ourselves.
Sometimes the registration barrier worked when wanted.
Bit far from main town.
Very dark on site no lights.

Lovely, we arrived late evening to a friendly welcome. No fuss, no frills but you can see a lot of work going on in some areas of the site.
Having said that, the facilities were really clean, plenty of hot water even though the showers were 50p. And the fees for electric hook up are really reasonable.
The site is really well placed if you don't mind an easy flat walk to the town, pubs, beach, shops etc. , about 15 minutes.
If I'm going to chapel st. Leonards again I'll be going back there.

Not really a holiday site. More like a travellers site where people are living. Residents doing up cars / motorhomes / caravans during the day so plenty of noise going on.
Generally the place is in quite a mess, resembles a scrap yard with old caravans and vehicles tucked away in various parts of the place.
Toilets are very nice and spotlessly clean but unfortunately not enough of them.
Dogs are allowed to wander round not on a lead and unsupervised, therefore, doggy doos can be found around the place.

Just opening a new business in Igoldmells and needed to stay 2 nights in the area.
Booked this site with Lynn, and she was lovely, and really enjoyed our stay.
The caravan was more than suitable for our needs, very clean and comfy.
Will 100% stay again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Thanks again, Richard.

Basic which reflects payment. You can see site still being developed.
Only 2 showers, but needs all tidying up.
No mirrors in toilets or anything to wash hands with (not good with current situation).
Given a little more time could be a nice site.

Just a two night stay for us but we had a very relaxing time.
The facilities were closed due to Covid but there were still quite a few tourers on site.
There is a lot of building in progress but it was away from the field we were in which was flat and tidy.
The few people we met were friendly and helpful.
The site is just a short stroll to Chapel St Leonards and we would certainly consider using it again

Very clean and strict with covid measures track and trace etc
A good walk to beach
It could do with more showers, pot washing areas, etc but the price was good
