A very good site. Slight mix up on arrival, as I had not seen the email with the gate code details. (The gate opened for us which it is not supposed to do). Went out later to get shopping in Balsall common and could not get back in. Phone nos on the gate so no problem. Got our fob in the end, excellent system.
Pleasant views, friendly welcome, good price. The way through to the site is interesting, obviously the farmer never throws anything away.
You are given a recommended route, but we came the direct way from Temple Balsall with no problem.
A site to return to as a stopover.

Just got back from our 1st, but not last, stay at Gate Farm.
A delightful CL with fully serviced, hard standing pitches. The nightly fee was very reasonable with 12kw of electric (at 16amp) included. We went over by 4kw after 4 nights and gladly paid the 28p per kw extra, especially as we used the heating every evening on electric. (I believe this is a fair system that works for the site and customers).
We received a pleasant welcome and shown to our designated pitch. This looks out over fields with sheep and cattle across Warwickshire. A very clean recycling area next to a well stocked info shed at the gates with a good, serviceable CDP opposite. The free Wi-Fi is of a very good quality and their info leaflet is also very good with doctors, take-aways, etc.
The close proximity to M40 / M42 and NEC was the reason we chose the site and will not be the only reason to return.
It is a working farm so care with children would be needed but the farm welcomes children and, indeed, runs farm visits for local education.
There is a great farm shop not too far as well as a pub. The bus can be halted outside and access is via an electric gate (fob provided for late returns). Susie and family are great ambassadors for the CL network.

Perfect CL could be the set of the Darling Buds of May. Charming owners nice warm welcome.
Fully serviced hardstanding pitches, fast Wifi, excellent TV reception and glorious countryside views.
Easy access to Warwick, Grand union canal, Coventry and not far to Stratford upon Avon.
Visited the National Motorcycle Museum at Meriden while we were there, great day out.
Only downside I can think of is the Close proximity of Birmingham airport.

Beautiful views. Quiet site with only the sheep and horses (in separate fields) for company.
We have already booked for next year.
Easy to find access is good within easy reach of M40 and M42.

Lovely quiet CL site set in the heart of a working farm. No facilities as such but direct tap connection and grey waste to each pitch. Susie & Steve were lovely.
There is a bit of aircraft noise as planes come into Birmingham but it's not obtrusive as they are still quite high as they come over.
Pub up the road serving Italian food.
Nearest shops Kenilworth or Balsall Common.

Such friendly and helpful owners who keep the site tidy and clean. Fully serviced hardstanding large pitches with grass surrounds for seating etc. Request bus stop outside the site to Coventry, Knowle or Solihull.
So many paths for walking directly from site - including the Millennium and Heart of England ways. We loved Knowle and our walk along the Grand union canal.
Enjoyed our dog walk to Sarecens Head pub where we had drink and snack in their large dog friendly outside patio area.
A very relaxing extended stay in a beautiful part of the country. Quiet lanes for cycling made our visit to Oakes farm shop and café very enjoyable.

Gate Farm what a pleasant surprise. Met by Susie as I drove past the automated gates, Susie explained everything about the site and off I went down the farm drive.
The farm is a stunning place with a number of homes on site for Susie's extended family. A real working farm with a mixture of outbuildings that you drive past to reach the field.
There are 5 hard standing pitches nicely spaced out with electric 16 amp hook up on each pitch along with your own grey waste drain and drinking water tap. This is probably the only site that I did not use my leveling blocks.
The outlook across the site overlooks a field that had cows and calves. The site is very quiet and peaceful. There are walks from the site across fields (that lead to a local pub). Cant wait to re-book for this very well thought out site.
Also covid precautions are well looked after on site with hand sanitiser and disinfectant there ready to use along with the QR code for track & trace.
PS. Almost forgot the excellent free wi-fi (came as a shock as its a thousand times better than what is offered at the large caravan club sites)

Excellent site and owner very helpful,
Only stayed for an over night stay but would definitely return for a longer period of time.
Slight traffic noise but nothing to keep you awake.
