Our experience very different from last few reviews.
Booked on line and received pitch number, site map and all relevant information by return email.
There is one combined toilet /shower for the 6 lochside pitches plus a chem disposal.
At the 9 x Station pitches (above the road)there are a further 2 toilets (one has a combined shower). Also a chem disposal there too. We found facilities to be very clean.
Every pitch has a water tap, electric and fire pit.
On the welcome email it gives your pitch number and a telephone number to call if any questions - it also points out owners house on site to call at if needed. We popped down to add a night and owners really couldn't be more helpful. There is also a warden permanently sited in a van on the lochside pitches (shown on the map).
There is some road noise but as site straddles the A828 it's to be expected. It really quietens down by mid evening.
There is a laundry facility on site and free WiFi in the games room. Chippy van on site Friday and Saturday (Scampi and chips £6. 50 for a single - really tasty.
Dog charged extra at £2 - not £3 as previously mentioned.
Cycle path 78 runs past the site - 33 miles to Fort William or 17 miles to Oban- all off road on surfaced cycle track.
Brilliant site and would recommend.

Good points
Big pitches
Views
Waterfront pitch
Nice pub within easy walking distance.
Bad points
Price, £30, considering dreadful toilet facilities.
£3 per night for a dog. Unbelievable!
Poor and dirty toilet facilities. (Only one one toilet with shower)
No contact from owners.
Road noise
Grass cuttings not collected, which, when it is wet, makes such a mess.

Name on pitch so never saw anybody to give us the rundown on the facilities which was very poor,
One toilet and 1 shower in the one room in a shed, two screws on back of door for coat hooks, shower curtain filthy, dog hairs in shower,
The good points is the view, which is beautiful and good pub just down road,
Grass been recently cut and not collected.

Fabulous pitch with amazing views over the inlet and mountains! The Creagan Inn was a short walk away with decent food.
Downside, only 1 toilet and shower (together) for the whole site! It’s a small site but still about 15 units and so not enough. The light goes off half way through your shower and you have to frantically wave around to get it back on!
The site is also very close to the road, so road noise from around 6am. So a site of highs and lows.

A new site to us, which we found to be absolutely perfect.
We booked in advance so were pre-assigned a pitch on the lower area alongside the loch.
The hard sanding pitches are extremely well spaced and provided with water as well as power, separated by an unusually large area of grass.
The upper site is on the opposite side of the main road and is not as large of the lower site.
The owners are restoring the old station, which is interesting to explore. A short walk away is a pub and cafe.
We will definitely rebook this site if we are passing through the area in the future and can highly recommend it to others.

Basic site with singe toilet and shower facilities on either side of the road.
Caravan spaces by lochside and motorhome pitches by the old station buildings and platform were well spaced and well signed.
Marvellous views over the loch and well within walking distances of the superb food and range of drinks at the Creagan Inn.
The road is quite busy during travelling hours but quiet at night

A site of two halves, split in the middle by the A828 The upper site is pitches 8-14 all have electric and there is water, grey waste and chemical waste. It's high above the road with fabulous views down the loch.
The lower site is next to the loch, again all pitches have electric and there is water on every pitch and a grey drain and chem disposal at this level too. Also on the lower site is the single combined shower and loo.
All pitches have a fire pit and we were kindly given logs. The lower pitches are on the water edge and you can sit down at the side of the loch. Pitches are a really good size, hardstanding with grass next to them. Would say the lower level are much bigger than most campsites.
There is of course road noise in the day but it dwindled to nothing overnight.
Customer service is second to none. We had a slight problem (partly due to our not fully reading their website info). Nothing was too much trouble for the owners in helping us resolve, can't praise them highly enough.
Fabulous site with one of the best locations we have come across.

Location Location location. 360degree views.
A delight to be lochside.
Huge spaces between lochside pitches.
One unisex toilet/shower insufficient for 15 pitches of which half are a long way away.
Creagan Inn nearby on safe path by road. Great food if slightly expensive. Lovely lochside spot.
Popular Caledonian Way cycle route outside site.
Some road noise but didn’t affect sleep.
All hardstandings close to level, rock pegs a must.
Some vans pitched sideways for better view-an unusual bonus.
16amp EHUs have fresh water but waste has to be taken to point by toilet block.
Chemical waste also by toilet with recycling and bins.
Popular Food van seems to be on site daily.
Kayak and board qlaunching handy once seeweed mastered.
Amazing postcard 360 degree views.
Will return once base level of facilities are completed.

Lovely location and nice owners.
Decent pub with food a short walk away.
However, the lack of facilities and the rather disgusting chemical disposal ( where you empty directly into an open cesspool tank ) is enough to stop me returning.
There is a lot of pitches for 1WC so don't plan on not using your own.
