Lovely site, really enjoyed our stay, the weather was quite chilly so unfortunately so didn't get the chance to sit out and enjoy the wonderful scenery.
The site is really looked after well by Billy who was always on hand if there were any issues,
Site is quite rural but perfectly peaceful,
Highly recommend this pretty well cared for park,
Toilets although a little dated were clean and showers very powerful and plenty of hot water without irritating push buttons wouldn't hesitate to return.

This was the first time we had visited this site and what a great find.
The site is set amidst wonderful scenery with stunning views all around.
Every pitch had its own electricity, water and waste water which made for a relaxing stay.
Facilities were always spotless and the showers were amazing, always hot and powerful.
Billy, the site manager made regular rounds, always stopping to talk without being intrusive and was happy to answer questions. He also made a point of welcoming everyone and saying goodbye, a lovely personal touch.
Although the site was full at the beginning of the week(Bank Holiday) it still remained a very quiet site and there were never queues for showers etc.
There was a field for dog walking complete with picnic table.
We were sorry to leave at the end of our stay and very much hope to return.

We have been visiting this wonderful secluded caravan site which is set in the beautiful welsh countryside for the last 9 years.
The site was originally all grass pitches but has recently been upgraded to all weather hard standings with each pitch having its own 16 amp electric supply, tv aerial, mains water and waste water facility.
If you want a small quiet site in a rural farm setting then this site takes some beating.
The on site warden Billy is such a nice guy and very helpful.
Come and listen to the sounds of the cows and listen to the birdsong you won't regret it.

The fabulous countryside around, the wonderful Highland cows and calves in the next field that you could watch from your window.
Billy the site manager, lovely man and a warm welcome.
A miles walk and you’ve got the Rhug Estate farm shop.
Fabulous stay we’ll definitely be back.

Stayed here three nights great little site clean tidy and fantastic showers. The warden Billy great helpful chap always happy to help out.
My partner lost her earring,
Decided to check the showers and it was on the shelf, Billy had found it cleaning star man honest and like I say very helpful.
Always good when you have happy helpful warden and this site certainly has that.
Only pick we have is the hard standing has crushed slate type stuff down and it gets everywhere!.
All in all quiet friendly great showers. Didn’t see any dig walk but not a problem as we walked her round the site.
Should we go back definitely to meet up with Bill again just a pitty the hard standing is crushed slate which gets everywhere.
WELL DONE BILL AND THANKS FROM SUE & JACK….

Just returned from a lovely stay at Gaerhyfryd Caravan Site.
The site was immaculate.
Billy, the warden was welcoming and very helpful.
The dog walking field is a really good size.
Great location - we did Bala, Great Orme and Snowdon.
Very happy to recommend this site to my friends and family and hope to return myself soon!

Great location, scenery, spotlessly clean, free decent WiFi.
The site manager, Billy is extremely friendly and welcoming - went out of his way to help us access and egress the site which was very much appreciated.
Thank you will definitely return

This is a private site owned by the farm and only affiliated with CAMC. A Warden lives on site in a static and takes care of day to day running.
Pitches are hardstanding with room for unit plus awning, cars parked in front. Grass area between pitches for sitting but you can't put awnings on grass.
All pitches fully serviced with electric, water tap, grey water drain and tv ariel hookup. WiFi throughout site for email/searches only.
Loos /showers old but as good as any for cleanliness. Washing up and separate veg preparation rooms at facilities block.
Its 10-15 minute walk down the lane to the Rhug farm shop. Specialises in local goods, cakes, pies, fresh meat, jams, pickles etc. There is an indoor cafe for meals and snacks and outdoor takeaway serving burgers, bacon rolls etc. Always busy and worth a visit
Whilst site is just minutes off the A5 it was peaceful with no road noise. Superbly placed for visits to Snowdonia National Park and less than hour from the coast.
Really couldn't fault it and at £26 per night including electric thought it tremendous value for money (dogs £1 extra).
Highly recommend and will be back

A warm welcome from the Warden, Billy and his lovely black lab.
Billy showed us to our pitch, helped me position my van and pointed out all facilities.
Showers and toilets were kept to a high standard of cleanliness. A lovely peaceful spot to camp, we were lucky to see Buzzards, Red Kites and the cattle in the neighbouring field.
Nothing was too much trouble for the site staff, great customer service. I would highly recommend this site, we look forward to returning soon.
