Very helpful and friendly staff.
I needed a last minute booking due to a Channel crossing delay and it was a lovely surprise to go to a very well organised site with generous and level bays and very clean bathroom facilities.
Great little shop for breakfast and coded gates for security.
Close to a fantastic huge sandy beach too!
Very highly recommended!

We first visited the site soon after it opened so, it was interesting to return. Trees and hedges have grown nicely.
The site was quite busy as folk were coming for Bastille Day.
We were offered a choice of pitches, the very friendly lady on reception suggested we check to make sure our van would fit.
It did but if we had our awning on there would have been little room for the car. Pitches are nice and flat.
Bigger pitches are available.
Facilities were very clean with good showers and hot water.
The local authorities have really improved the adjacent seafront which is a short walk away.
There is a very impressive and large mechanised dragon which takes passengers along the promenade, spitting steam and flames! Its very impressive!
The Bastille Day fireworks were very impressive, we walked up to the seafront, where the roads had been closed.
It was a bit of a noisy night as there were other fireworks nearby and all the people had to leave so traffic noise, but it is their national day.
The site is normally pretty quiet only some traffic noise.
Price was a reasonable €22 as it was the start of high season.

Arrived on Saturday 15th July hadn’t booked was told full for the night, managed to find an aire locally and then booked for the following night,
Tried to book by email and phone but was told need to complete online form, but their system was down so had to try later, which we did, easy to complete and received receipt for deposit immediately and an email confirmation a little later,
Nice site, friendly staff on reception, clean facilities, no availability to dry hair in the facilities but had an electric hook up service did so back in the van,
Would I stay again and recommend- absolutely!

The pitch was good and easy to access.
The gate to the beach area was easy to find.
The shower and toilet block was immaculately clean, and indeed warm, but suffered from a lack of lack of large enough shower screen to keep your clothes dry and no where to sit (especially for someone with mobility issues)

Nice and clean camping, near by the sea.
Big pitches, friendly reception.
A very nice place to be. The Opal coast is very beautiful and Cap blanc nez et Cap gris nez are within reach.
We planned to stay only two nights, but we liked it so much that we stayed 5 days.

Site is modern with excellent washing/toilet facilities. The area is flat grassy with low hedges to each pitch.
It is a few minutes walk from the beach, about 25 minutes walk from Calais town and 10 minutes drive to the ferry terminals. Bread is available from the site shop.
Restaurants are within walking distance.
It is an excellent site for overnight stops before or following a ferry crossing.

This review is for the new site which opened in 2017, the old site has gone as the area is part of the redevelopment of Calais seafront and port!
This is a big site with 126 flat emplacements of 80 sq m with electric hookup. Each pitch is fenced with hedging and some trees planted. The site is maintained to a high standard.
THere are 2 toilet blocks with good hot water and kept very clean, hairdryers hand driers and soap provided!
There is a small shop by reception where bread can be purchased.
There is also a large lounge with tv and free wifi available.
The manager speaks English and was very friendly and helpful.
The site has secure fencing with barriers and gates operated by a code supplied on check in.
NOTE The road barriers are closed from 10 pm to 7 am, access via the footpath gates. There is parking outside.
There are 3 electric car charge points too.
There is a large aire for motorhomes next door at 10 Euro per night, there are no hook-ups or access to the campsite.
We paid 20 euros for 2 persons, pitch and electricity. There were some twin axle vans on site.
Access is straightforward, take junction 43 (Cite Europe) off the A16 then follow the signs for Bleriot Plage, the site is signposted on the roundabouts.
The site was quiet, being in a residential area, with occasional traffic noise and some noise from ferries but not obtrusive.
The seafront is a short walk, leave by the side gate down the street opposite and a path goes to the promenade and lovely sandy beach. A pleasant stroll toward the port gives a choice of restaurants and friteries!
The town centre is a 20 minute walk from the site where there are plenty of eating and drinking establishments!
An Aldi supermarket is a short walk away-you pass it on the way to the site.
This a good site for long or short stays as there is plenty to do in the area. We were there on July 14, so walked up to the seafront and had a drink while watching a very impressive firework display!

After a long period closed over the last few years, we are pleased to announce that this campsite has undergone a complete renovation and has reopened in June 2017. The main campsite is open from April to October for touring pitches, there is also a motorhome parking area which is open all year.

The site is fine for an overnight stay after crossing the channel. It is easy to find - we were given an emplacement overlooking the ferry quay! As a result, however, it was very noisy.
The facilities are adequate. Our pitch was a decent size.
The site is close to a beach, and a handful of bars and restaurants. The staff were pleasant.
We needed a place to rest up before starting a long journey south. Apart from the noise - and we were so tired we slept through it - it supplied what we needed.
