An immaculately kept site, 4 hard standings and 3 grass pitches all with mains electrical supply, with easy access from the main road via a short lane.
The pitches are nicely spaced apart with the water point, grey water disposal and chemical emptying point clustered together at the top of the site.
There is an excellent pub within 3 minutes walk with a good selection of meals and beers.
The site is ideally located for visiting a whole host of attractions, including the Anderton Lift, Jodrell Bank Radio Telescope, Lion Salt Works and Little Moreton Hall (N. T. ) and Crewe Heritage Centre, all of which are well worth a visit. Access to Middlewich some 10 minutes by car is easy, which has a good selection of shops.
There is some aircraft noise being not too far from Manchester Airport also some minor traffic noise during rush hour but it is no great problem. Altogether a lovely site

Booked 2 nights at this CL site.
What a great site, lovely location, good size pitches, and very peaceful, friendly welcome from the owners.
Alison came to introduce herself on her buggy and she came to thank us for staying on the morning we left.
Pub The Hayhurst Arms practically on the doorstep, very nice food(although a bit pricey), advisable to book if wanting to eat there as it gets very busy.
We had a lovely stay at Brook House and will return in the future. Very good value for money at £18.00 a night

Nice location, narrow site with 7 pitches.
Most with flat hardstanding pitch and grass next to pitch.
£15 for motorhome with electric.
Full recycling in use. No toilets, just slow water supply and elson provided. Very good TV signal, data on Vodafone and EE, a bit slow.
A bit of traffic noise from nearby road.

Great communication and instructions from Alison on how to access the site through the height barrier. Alison came to greet us soon after our arrival and was as friendly a greeting as we've ever had.
Lovely quiet site, immaculately kept with grass cut regularly and all pitches clearly marked with plenty of space between them. It rained quite a lot but the drainage is superb so no issues there.
Although own sanitation is needed this wouldn't put us off visiting again but the addition of toilets would merit a perfect rating. Quiet lane at the end of the site for dog walking.
Unfortunately the weather was too chilly and wet for us to sit outside and try the Hayhurst Arms pub (Covid restrictions still applied on this visit).
Plenty of Takeaways and Morrisons Supermarkets only 10-15 mins car ride away.

This was a beautiful, very well-maintained site, with pleasant country views in all directions, mainly across cow fields to distant trees. It has a very slight slope upwards from the entrance, and a grass surface kept like a lawn, with hundreds of daffodils, and other flowers in pots.
We had a grass pitch at the top end of the site (although hard standings were available). It was our hard luck to arrive just after the nearby fields (and roads!) had their annual manuring, and for the first two days the stench outside the van was unbearable. After ploughing, the smell disappeared.
The village road through Bostock Green was very much busier than I had expected, due to being a rat-run between Northwich and Middlewich, and this gave rise to almost incessant traffic noise at the site.
It is a shame, and it is literally the only aspect of the CS that we did not like. Obviously, the site owner has no control over road noise.
