Lovely campsite. Facilities - kept clean but could be upgraded slightly.
Only one sink to wash up in but this was not a problem.
The owner was very friendly and accommodating and nothing was never too much trouble.
Great location with some excellent walks along the Cleveland path to some beautiful beaches.

Brilliant location close to major towns.
Owner very helpful.
Facilities a little dated but acceptable.
Farm shop next door to site and shop and garage at the end of the lane from the campsite.

Really nice place. Lovely Owner Rebeca. She is very busy but really organized. Care about customers and taking care of clean toilets etc.
There is everything what you need. Electric, hot water, toilets and showers. It’s close everywhere.
I would definitely recommend this place and I am sure we will come back there.

Very small field, overcrowded.
Wet rooms are new but don’t really work as if people are showering there are no toilets available.
Good location for coast walk to Filey.
Lovely farm shop and cafe next door but awful manure smell when we were there but that’s not owners fault.
Great for young camping families.
The most expensive site we have stayed on.

Lovely site run by a friendly and helpful owner.
Toilet and shower blocks kept clean.
Great location as 20 min walk to the beach at Cayton bay, short drive to Scarborough and Filey.
Site is dog friendly.
The site isn't the biggest we've stayed at and was quite full for bank holiday but wasn't packed, the kids had space to run about still, just when it was at its busiest maybe not enough to have a good kick about with the football etc without risk of ball catching other peoples tents.
Car needed to be parked at road side (right next to the field), but there was space to pull up to unload and load our stuff so not a problem.
Also offers glamping with hot tubs which we may look at for another time, but would be more than happy to return to camp.

Lovely site in a great location !
We went with a group for a birthday and we had a plot to ourselves in front of the house which was convenient really close to the beach and the cleveland way for walking

Thank you for fitting us in so late and 2 tents as well with a hook up as we couldn't get in anywhere else.
We had a fab weekend with a great location for trips into Scarborough and Whitby.
The kids enjoyed it especially sitting around the firepit on a night time and playing on site as other kids did quietly without disturbing others in there tents ⛺️
We would definitely book again with you. Yes there is flies but what do you expect in summer there not going to hurt you.

Beautiful location, lovely beaches.
Couldn't pitch next to my family as ground was to uneven and slope. Have a mole problem, lots of moles hills.
Flies are a big issues not owner fault, you eat sleep even shower with flies.
Owner didn't seem to concerned with how close tents are pitched, not safe.
Would help if toilets were separate from showers, as they can get busy.
When site was busy no room for kids to play.
Glad there was plenty of things to do locally spent a lot of tome off site.

Great camp for location, facilities, good customer service,
My only complaint is field is a little small, felt a little close to folk in next tent at times.
But definitely a great stay,
Would recommend.
