A nice site set in a country park that has a cafe on site that has home made food.
It is a short walk into the village with shops, bars and restaurants,
Nice views of the mountains

Liked - cafe, clean toilets, plenty of bins, good walks and (not that we required them) medical first aid.
Great for Mtb and plenty for kids to do
Disliked - slopey off camber parking pitches, chocks needed, but we will be back

Been to this site twice already this year and have plans to return. Hard standings are very spacious with a large area of grass between pitches. Water and electricity on site.
Facilities are good and are cleaned twice daily.
On site security overnight in high season with telephone contact service in low season.
Grass is cut regularly and between guests.
Pass required for entrance barrier and for facilities which requires a £20 cash refundable deposits.
Plenty of bins including recycling facilities.
Location in Mourne mountais is absolutely stunning with lots of walks in and outside the park.

Very efficient and well run campsite. 👌
Toilets are very clean. In fact a lot of establishments could learn a thing or two from here. 🤸🤾
Fantastic facilities for families with young children to keep them entertained. 👣🌲🏞️
Beautiful walks - unfortunately we didn't allow ourselves enough time to enjoy🙁.
Only minor downside is that the pitches are not level, BUT this adds to the uniqueness of the place🥳.
Staff were very courteous and helpful with booking and departure❤️.
Very convenient for visiting the local shops and bar/restaurants☕🍻. All within comfortable walking distance.
Highly recommended. 😍

Kilbroney Park never fails to impress. Fantastic facilities located in stunning surroundings.
The perfect family getaway and even in these difficult Covid 19 times the facilities were impressive.
Staff were warm and friendly and we all had a great time 😁
