Great site! All the shower/wash facilities are to a high standard. Secure electronic gates for access to caravan park, which you pay a refundable fee of £10 on arrival for your own pass. Sites are well spaced.
Excellent kids park on site, and lovely walks with paths running straight from the caravan site. You can easily walk into Rostrevor through a large community park area (slight hill on the way back to walk off your lunch/dinner).
Warrenpoint is a scenic 10minute drive away, definitely worth a visit for the views over Carlingford lough.
We will definitely be visiting this site again.

A very clean and secure site run by the local council, they have just introduced a new method when booking via telephone you need to pay a deposit with your debit / credit card, and they post you the receipt. Makes sense, stops people phoning and booking and not turning up without informing the site.
Brilliant location, nice friendly staff, situated at the back of the Mourne mountains, with walks into them of varying lengths. Town is 5 mins walk from the site. Some nice pubs and restaurant's / cafes and grocery shops. Highly recommended.

Great clean site with a brilliant kids playground. Fantastic views set on a hill overlooking the sea. Its a coule of minutes stroll from the village, in a historical area, with the town of Warrenpoint about 10 mins drive away, and the city of Newry about 20 mins drive. It is quite hilly, do bear that in mind. Highly recommended.

Very clean and tidy site. Run by the council so no expense in spared. Good security with electronic passes and newly installed site wide cctv system. Excellent scenic walks, tennis courts and kiddies playground. On site restaurant. I have been to Killbroney about 5 times now and would highly recommend it.
