 What a wonderful week at High Bridge End Farm.
The facilities were second to none, Silvia was lovely and so helpful as was Chris and the weather was glorious.
Surrounded by an area of outstanding beauty what more could you ask for.

Stayed for one night whilst backpacking the lakes.
Very nice budget campsite.
Owner extremely friendly, paid with cash, 20p for the shower (hot).
Would definitely go back!

1st time, here tent camping in 8" snow, great site,
Toilets and showers very clean,
Host very friendly.
Very cheap to stay. Loved the working farm.
Great views, lovely walks. Short trip to the shops via car.
Only down side no reception for phone signal.
I will definitely go back

We had a fantastic 4 nights stay at the High Bridge End Farm Campsite. Staying during the Whitsun half term week.
The facilities were clean with modern showers which require 20p's. Because we had a large tent we pitched on the flat section, but most small tents pitches on the hill.
The scenery is stunning and it's a great central location for staying in the Lake District.
We chose this site because of the low flying jets, and luckily on our last day we had a Hawk and 4x F-15's fly over.
Even the weather was perfect.
We can't wait to return next year!

What a great site, stunning views, loads of room, lots of walks from site, nice clean and peaceful.
Lovely friendly owners, close to Keswick, on bus route. 5 mins walk to thirlmere.
Have booked again.
Highly recommended.
Good facilities too and not expensive

Beautiful picturesque location in the National Park. Hence no phone reception or Wi-fi. Lots of local walks and a pub a mile or so down the road.
Friendly family run site 6 miles from Keswick.
Facilities clean but very basic and rather chilly. Some covid awareness.
Excellent value for money.

We spent another excellent couple of nights here just after the August bank holiday.
Superb scenery, excellent access to Keswick, Grasmere and Helvellyn.
Facilities on site immaculate.
Lovely owners, nice laid back site.

Excellent site. Just off the A591 but very quiet and picturesque.
Very friendly owner. Prices excellent.
Facilities kept spotlessly clean.

Our first visit to this site and happy to say will not be our last ! We will definitely return. We were made to feel very welcome on this very friendly clean site and the price at £14 per night for the van, electric and awning was very good.
We travel with 4 dogs and they were also made welcome. The site has some very nice scenery and lots of lovely walks, our dogs enjoyed a daily swim in the river just 5 mins walk from the site.
Its a very basic site with just toilets and showers, dish washing area plus a room with kettle, toaster, microwave fridge and freezer if needed, just how we like it.
