A very nice park, friendly and very helpful owners. Clean facilities, nice playing area for children.

Shops and restaurant just a short walk away!

Very reasonable rates, will certainly be going there again making it the 3rd time.

The site is close to Potter Heigham, Hemsby, Caister, Great Yarmouth, Norwich, Hickling Broad, Ormesby and Filby Broad for freshwater fishing!

Thank you Jim and Bronya once again!

Nice site toilets and showers basic but very clean. Run by handsome jim and his wife brony, helpful and friendly. would recommend a visit. close location for the broads, chip shop, bar restaurant, boat hire by the hour or the day. Ideal if you like to fish. All in one location ten minutes walk away, beautiful coastline plenty of places to visit, great Yarmouth ten miles away. And the weather was great. Definitely be back next year

 What a great little site

Yes - its on a main road but you soon get used to it

Yes - the toilets and showers are basic but they are clean and tidy all times.

The owners are great hosts making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive to the time you leave.

Plenty to see and do in this area of the broads ie Potter Heigham, Horning (The Swan Inn), Wroxham, Gt Yarmouth and many other places.

Jim will put you right where to go. Also if you like a bit of banter he's the man.

Campers around us have been coming to this site for years - what more recommendation do you need.

Would I visit again - most definitely

Thank you (and Mother in law)

Just spent 3 nights at this site and had a good time, as previous reviews have said road noise could be a problem for some people but after a while you get used to it. Very friendly owners, small site several of the campers had been going for many years so they knew each other, but were all very friendly. Shower block good, always clean, toilets bit dated but always clean. Easily accessible for lots of places either by car or public transport, we didn't use public transport as we were using site as a relaxation holiday but hubby did some fishing. Good walks along the river for us and the dog. Would return again in the future. Very reasonable rates for facilities on offer.

Went here in july 2013, , and going back 29th aug this year and taking friends with their tent too. What a brilliant friendly little site, , were made welcome straight away and as ia am dissabled with only one leg, everyone wanted to help.

Cant wait to get back to see people, , great location too, , , yes there is road noise but after a while and a few beers you don't notice it.

Toilets and showers are spotless and if you have a dog there is a gate out from the bottom of the site that allows you out to the grass verge along the road.

 Lovely welcome!

Made to feel welcome from the moment that we arrived to the site. Very helpful with launching places for our Canadian canoe and places of interest.

Yes the site is close to the road, but don't be put off by any noise, we had no problem sleeping as the road wasn't too busy at all.

The site is clean fresh and clean.

An idea site as a base to get out and around to explore the lovely sites of the area.

Will return.

Wow what a great couple who run this site. We were not booked in on this site but were booked in at another site about 1/2 a mile away which turned out to be terrible.

In desperation I jumped in the car and went searching for some where else to stay, luckily for us we came across this site by chance.

I spoke to the owners and asked if they had any space to which they replied that as it was a bank holiday weekend they were full.

When I explained my situation to them and how bad the other site was they said they would fit me in somehow.

I went back to the other camp to collect my caravan and family and headed to this camp.

Wow what a great site this is, the field is nice and flat, very well kept, the shower and toilet blocks are very clean and well maintained.

And the owners are so friendly after just a couple of days we felt like we'd known them for years.

We will be regulars at this site.

If you want to visit this area. Book this site.

Thank you so very much for helping us.

Just back from a fantastic weekend at this lovely site at Potter Heigham, super site very clean and tidy, nice showers, loos and layout. Very friendly welcome , after 1 minute we felt like we had known them for years, very genuine people. Only a short walk to shops and the riverside will be returning again soon.

Our second stay on site and a warm welcome when we pulled on site

The site is well maintained with all you need. Good clean showers and toilets. Easy access to Potter Heigham and all areas in Norfolk

We will like to make this our first choice site in the future

Other reviews do mention the road but we found that after ten minutes we did not notice it and it did not cause any sleepless nights

Gem of a site, relaxing. Clean loos and showers. Made to feel really welcome. Had five lovely days on site, lovely weather. Good information from site, where to visit, what to do, shops etc. Many thanks to them for all their help and advice. The site is central as a base to do what ever you wish. Great Yarmouth not that far away, as is most of the broads. Just along the road, if you wish to eat out, the bridge inn does lovely food, but you may have to book if really busy. It's lovely area.
