We phoned up the day before to book for the bank holiday weekend and were pleased that there was one pitch available.
We were delayed due to traffic and arrived much later than planned (almost dark) we found the site difficult to spot and drove past it. It is sign marked more as Jims caravan spares/sales than a caravan site.
The site is a lovely small site on level ground and well sheltered.
And although it was full it was spacious with plenty of room per pitch.
Owner is friendly and helpful.
Very reasonably priced.
The toilet block is clean and well maintained.
Dogs on leads welcome
A short walk away from Potter Heighman, for anything you may need.
Disposable bbq's are not allowed on site but bbq's on stands are.
The road noise is a little annoying and quite scary at night in a tent with trucks thundering past.
All in all a lovely well looked after site.

Nice well run small site. Neat and very clean. Small modern toilet and shower blocks. No shop on site but there is a garage shop and cafe about 300 metres away. Other food outlets are also very
Close by at Potter Heigham on the broads and can be walked to in a few minutes.
There are no facilities on site for small children. Your hosts are very friendly and helpful and are always available to you. Dogs are welcome if they are kept in control etc.
There is only one draw back in my opinion and that is the site is by a main road and you will get noise from that. If that is likely to cause you a problem then this is not the site for you. Would we go again. Absolutely yes.

Lovely site with a mixture of tents, caravans and motorhomes. Sheltered which was just as well during our stay, with windy and wet weather. The owners are very friendly and helpful with directions etc, as were the others staying there. Ideally situated for the Broads and the coast as well as Norwich and Yarmouth. The toilet and shower facilities were beautifully maintained and very clean. The road noise disappears at night and is not a problem, I would suggest perhaps warnings signs of the campsite on the approaches, as it is on a bend and you could easily miss it.

We have just come back from another holiday at Bronia and Jims caravan park. Wonderful! Such a pleasant and friendly site! Bronia and Jim are so very helpful in every way!
They keep the site clean and the showers and toilets are excellent!
Traffic noise is not that much trouble either! Other campsites we have been to charge extra for 3 people, plus extra for erecting an awning and also pets but NOT at 'The White House'
Brilliant and thank you once again!
Love from 'The Gorleston Mafia'. 😉

My daughter, her 7 year old son and myself spent two weeks at this site for our summer break. We were welcomed by proprietors Jim and Bronia who helped us pitch our caravan. On the way to the site I had trailed my black lead on the floor and it had broken the wires, Jim assured me not to worry and said he would repair the wire so that we could get home safely.
Jim and Bronia were around most of the time in case we needed assistance and he did indeed repair my black wire for me.
The position of the site was perfect for touring around this area of Norfolk and Jim and Bronia gave us leaflets, vouchers and advice about surrounding attractions.
The facilities on the site were brilliant with showers and toilets cleaned twice daily.
We will definitely return to the site and cannot praise Jim and Bronia highly enough for their help and friendliness. We would recommend this site to anyone.

Lovely little site, hosts are very cheerful and welcoming.
Shower block and toilets very clean.
Everything you need for a couple of nights away.
The only downside is, traffic noise it is on a main route to Cromer / Kings Lynn and is very noisy even at night with lorries thundering past.
I would recommend this site for overnight stop or perhaps if you were using the site as a base.
Jim and Bronja are lovely hosts.

Fantastic site, lovely owners, fabulous toilets wash rooms/ showers great. Well worth a visit, good space for the kids to play. Owners make sure that you have everything you need, grass around your pitch mowed before you get there and while you are there if required. Good information on places to eat. Will be going back xx

Jim and bronia were so welcoming especially as I was a first time camper! Their knowledge of the local area was second to none, telling of us of the local shops, pubs, restaurants and how far away by car/foot they were. Newly furnished toilets and shower cubicles were an added bonus! Like a home away from home.
Will definitely return if the opportunity arises! Would recommend this site to anyone that is thinking of camping for their holiday.

This is a supa little site. Ok. The road runs by the side of it but after a short while you don't notice it. The showers, washrooms, new updated toilet block are all immaculate. Pubs, restaurants, fish and chip shop, fishing tackle shop for you fishermen and lathams, a large supper store with bargains galore! are only a short walk away the site is situated in easy access to gt yarmouth, norwich, wroxham and great places in between. So mutch to see. We have been coming here for 13years and would not stay anywhere else the couple who run the site bron and jim are so welcoming and helpful. We have become great friends. We have just spent 4 weeks there and cannot wait to go back.

Just returned from another excellent visit to this site. Yes there is some road noise but this is superbly offset by JIM AND BRONIAS PERSONALITY and ATTENTION to detail, nothing is too much trouble. Small personal site with great access to Great Yarmouth and THE BROADS. Unfortunately pub by the river was closed!, Found great Taiwan and Chinese restaurant
