Lovely site with marvellous views of the countryside and wonderful to see the Red Kites flying overhead. Great walks and some lovely places to stop and have a drink. Toilet / shower rooms were clean and warm.
Really friendly owners and nice to have the farm animals on site as my sister's children really enjoyed meeting the pigs. Handy for High Wycombe and the shopping facilities there and in a good location for motorways.

This is a lovely site & well recommended with views over the Chiltern Hills.
We had a friendly & relaxed welcome.
There are 2 main fields, one mostly for tents and the larger one for both caravans & tents. Plenty of hook ups around the edge. The main field is on a slight slope so may be challenging for campers although the only problem we experienced was trying to reverse the caravan into a near position in the rain, eventually gave up & pushed although this was probably lack of experience as well.
There are just 2 showers on site which also have wash basins with hot water. Despite not altering the temperature on shower it did go from freezing to scorching a few times with decent temperature the rest of the time.
Site also features some chickens & pigs, red kites swooping low were an added bonus. Plenty of room for kids to play football, rounders etc. Site is surrounded by public footpaths & bridleways - good for dog walking.
Theres a pub right next door to the site although nearest supermarket (an expensive M&S) and cashpoint is about 6 miles away in Princes Risborough - very nice small town.
Site owners very accommodating on weekend stay & allowed to stay till early evening if we wished at no extra cost. Weekend cost just £40 for 2 nights including EHU, family of 4 + dog - brilliant value!

Just spent 1 night at Home Farm. First the plusses: Superb views and a good local pub adjoining the site. Pitches were a good size and well laid out. Now for the minuses:
Toilet & shower block appeared to have been purchased third hand from a WW2 detention centre although were reasonably clean. The washing up sinks were on the outside of huts & paint from the walls kept dropping into the sink.
Bins were overflowing & boy did they stink! They were emptied later that day but get real folks, get some more bins & clean them occasionally.
We are paying enough to stay on you site, which brings me to my main gripe-the cost. £17. 50 without hook up(I have no idea what it would have cost with) which is outrageous for a site of this poor quality.

Friendly welcome and beautiful grounds. Ideal for those who want peace and quiet because it is situated in rural surroundings but also ideal for the younger person as plenty of open space. Chickens in view on entry who lay fresh eggs which can be purchased.
Motorhomes are parked on grass so not sure what its like in bad weather we had a beautiful weekend with only a little rain a few hours before we left.
Showers and toilets very clean but only a couple on the site so probably gets queues at busier times of year.
The Crown Pub adjacent to the site is very friendly and serves lovely meals, It did get extremely busy later in the evening and there was standing room only but they do welcome younger generations with their parents and they also sell fresh local produce such as honey and eggs.
Overall a good site to visit and we would definitely go again.

We have returned from our second visit to Home Farm. The campsite is really beautiful and it was lovely to see the Red Kites close up everyday.
There are young pigs and chickens on site and fresh eggs could be bought. The site is slightly on a slope but the pitches at the top are pretty much all flat.
It was very peaceful and tranquil although there was some noise(mowing) daily from a local garden. We visited Oxford/High Wycombe and Windsor all within a reasonable drive.
The local shops were well stocked if a little pricey and the local Indian take-away was brill.
Nice white toilet facilities although during a busy week you may have to wait as there are only two showers. They were however always really clean. Fridge / freezer and hot water for dishes.
Lovely owners - will be returning next year.

Just spent two nights here. It really is a lovely site. Peace and quiet and the most stunning views, the best seem to be in the first field.
Plenty of wildlife about and to see the red kites soaring above is a real treat. Site has chickens and some Gloucester Old Spot rare bread pigs.
Easy to get to and just a short drive into Stokenchurch if you need anything.
Will be returning soon.

A lovely site, very quiet and peaceful, with great views and Red Kites soaring up above, but the facilities let it down a little. There were only two units open, which contained a shower, sink and toilet, but the portakabin extra toilet facility was closed (presumably until it gets busier) so if you wanted a toilet and the showers were in use, you were out of luck! The water pressure in the showers was a little low for my liking, although the water was nice and hot from the electric showers.
It was a little busy over the weekend we were there, so there was a bit of a rush on the facilities at times, although it thinned out on the Sunday until there were only three units present by the time we packed up to leave.

We had a fantastic week on this site recently. On arrival we were met by the extremely friendly and helpful wardens, who directed us to our pitch. We were amazed by the size of our patch - easily the largest we have ever stayed on. The toilets and showers were always spotless, we never had to queue and the water was always lovely and warm. Our 6 year old daughter adored both the indoor and outdoor play facilities, whilst we all appreciated the on site shop for newspapers and other basics. The weather was fantastic for most of our stay, and there was plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. We would recommend the nearby Lligwy beach, with its large expanse of golden sand and clear blue sea perfect for paddling. This beach also seemed to be a lot quieter than Benllech. All in all we had a fantastic week and intend to go back again next year.

This is a nice little site. We met the owner on arrival who was very friendly and ready for us, as we had booked in advance.
There are no reserved pitches, you simply pitch wherever suits in one of the two fields, although you are asked to keep at least 6m away from your neighbours.
The view across the valley is beautiful and the site is very peaceful. The facilities are basic but clean although there was very often a queue for the showers. Washing up facilities weren't great - they are outside, with only 2 sinks which didn't drain well so the floor around was very muddy. The water pressure is very low although a new water main is apparently soon to be fitted.
There are no specific entertainment facilities for children apart from running around and looking at the farm animals so if you're after a play ground or other entertainment, this isn't the site for you.
We spent a day in Marlow, about 15mins away which has lovely shops and restaurants, and great walks by the river.
