Just spend 5 days at the site and cannot fault. Well sheltered, friendly, spacious pitches and clean. Shower block always clean and well stocked with loo roll :o) Showers were lovely and hot.
Will definitely be returning even if for a weekend.
Easy access to tourist attractions and main towns.
Close to brilliant pubs that served great food.
Plenty of space for games. Wonderful view of the English Channel. A swimming pool would make this the best site on the Island :o)

Lovely basic site on the coast. Very friendly and helpful owner. Has small toilet/shower block which while great when I was there I suspect would be a problem if the site were full. Also has a shop selling basic items (other shops/eateries etc are some miles away in Brightstone village. Cost of a one man tent was £9. 00 per night which, given the location and facilities might be considered to be high.

Return visit to this site,
Great reception from the owners, freedom to camp anywhere on site. (we pitched a couple of Bell tents in the smaller part next to the very clean toilet / shower block where we had wonderful views.
A small shop for essentials on site. Three miles by road (although there is a walking shortcut) to local pub and shop where lots of local produce was stocked.
Small play area to keep the children amused but nothing for them to pester the parents for. If you are not with children there is plenty of room to camp well away from this area.
Would recommend to others and will return again, both with friends and with family.
Locals are even given an Islanders discount.

Love this site stayed a couple of times. Facilities are great plenty of hot water and clean toilets at all times.
Can be pretty windy right on the cliff edge but we loved it and our beautiful Bell Tent had no problems even on the Chine edge.
The joy of the far field includes watching the weasle dancing on the Chine Side opposite.
Great owners too cannot do enough for you even of you do turn up at 9pm oppps.
Shall be using this site many more times.

Just stayed at Chine Farm for 12 nights. Arrived at the site after a long journey, was a bit confused at first unable to find reception which is located across the road from the site. All was sorted out very quickly by the very friendly campsite owners Geoff & Jill.
We were then shown to our enormous pitch and given the freedom to pitch any way round we chose - such a rarity. Campsite facilities are more than sufficient, never had to queue for anything and always found hot running water which we tried at various times of day and night due to spend such long days on the myriad of beaches all around the area.
Children really enjoyed the open spaces all around the site and although the site offers a really lovely play area my sons 9 & 12 years rarely used it.
Geoff and Jill were kind enough to show the children their animals on request which made their holiday. Thanks so much. Also very willing to help us find a suitable cycle route for our family giving us insider local knowledge about business and suitability of different lanes and busier roads. This has been our best holiday in years.
Owners also very happy to hear our suggestions for simple improvements to make use of facilities easier for children.

A very nice secluded and quiet camp site, that considering time of year was not at all crowded. Pitches are of a good size plenty of space to pitch and park, we have an Outwell Montanna Lake 6 Man plus extension.
Though it can be very windy with SW winds gusting to 25mph + on one night but other nights all you can hear is the waves on the shore on cliff below so a matter of luck but pitch well.
Facilities basic but more than adequate the toilets and showers kept clean though only 3 showers of good standard and plenty of hot water but can be busy at times, then again cleanliness is largely down to other considerate campers but they were cleaned daily, 4 large sinks for washing up was also fine with plenty of hot water.
Some swings and sand pit but nothing else for the kids other than a large field and imagination but they all seemed to be having lots of fun, our 5 year old really enjoyed making new friends.
There are no walk to shops it is remote, Pub up the road about 2. 5 miles but did not try this, we tended to cook for ourselves or eat out.
Owners were polite and friendly though we never really needed any help, electric pitch all week worked fine without any issues.
IOW is nice place to go though with all it's B roads progress around the island can be slow.
Would recommended it if you like a secluded spot, with sea views and don't need much to entertain children.

Got back early hours this morning from a week camping at chine farm and I have to say what a great place to camp,
plenty of spaces to pitch your tent, a clean and tidy site,
toilet blocks get cleaned on more than regular occasions, showers are hot and clean all in all a great site,
plenty of playing space for the kids and in a great location to go site seeing but out of the way from any hustle and bustle.
If your going isle of Wight and your camping this is the site to choose,
This was our first time on this site but not the last, next year 2 weeks

A lovely site with plenty of space to run free, kids that is :) great views and the owners are so welcoming and helpful.
Everything you need is in a short distance away and the walks you can take along the coastal path are breathtaking
The shower and bathroom facilities on site are exceptionally clean and the water lovely and hot, this site really can't be faulted, it's a true gem of a find thanks to this site and we will be returning for sure next year and I can't wait :)

Nice site, Very very very windy in the electric field. (the non electric field is behind a bank and is a little more sheltered). We had an offer of help almost immediately as it was windy when we arrived and the people offering to help had suffered damage to their tent while erecting. During our stay we also saw a gazebo bent to an unrecognisable shape and our camping companions had a metal porch pole bent and a wooden windbreak pole snapped!
The toilet block was clean enough, but only cleaned once a day (usually just as we needed the kids to go there as we wanted to go out but that's our fault not theirs). But I would say with the site only having about 20 units on it there were queues at the ladies every day. There are only 3 showers in each, which while very nice and hot (and not push button ) were not enough when you are trying to shower with children which always takes 3 times as long ! Also there were paper towels not hot air dryers. Always well stocked but not very environmentally friendly. The washing up areas consisted of 3 sinks inside and two outside, (but covered, sheltered from the wind and a nice little suntrap) were very good, with plentiful hot water. The kids like the small playground (swings and a sand pit). We did not venture down to the beach, but were pleased to see that even if you were to fall off the edge of the cliff, you'd be blown right back on again !
Site security was a bit lacking, the site is a field with a gate from the main road but the office etc was on the other side of the road. It also advertised laundry, but we didn't see this (maybe it was over the road with the office). Their restaurant recommendation was spot on though !

Lovely location, but very wind dependent. This is obvious, as it is on an exposed cliff.
Good play area for kids. The showers & washing-up facilities were very good.
I am a bit grumpy with this site because when my tent broke in the wind - the tent's fault, not the site - they refused to refund the second night I had paid for. They pointed to the 'no refunds' notice - written in biro on a piece of torn paper, sellotaped to the till. It was not a busy period, so it was not a case of displacing another potential customer. A credit note was offered for the season, but this was no use for me. So much for Christian charity, but they did seem stuck on Genesis. Today's lesson is - pay for 1 night at a time.
