 Excellent campsite, warm friendly welcome,
Half the price of other campsites and a glorious location with fantastic views.
Facilities were very good for showers/toilet/ washing up.

Given a very warm welcome, plenty of room to pitch and easy access to the beach, lots of great facilities such as showers, kettle, fridges etc, and freedom to come and go.
Price was excellent.
The only suggestion would be to update some of the decor and furniture in the facilities house as it was a bit dated.
Would love to come back!

Was met with a friendly and very helpful man.
Outlook was amazing.
Site facilities were great.
Wish we had booked a few more nights there.
Definitely be back.

Nice view of the sea and easy stroll to the beach across the field.
The beach is amazing.
Camp site is well run by Jeremy a very friendly chap. Nothing too much trouble like providing a long hookup cable and giving advice on good walks.
The facilities are well looked after and freshly painted, maybe dated but everything works and is kept super clean.

The best site in our 3 weeks in the Hebrides.
Met by Jez who helped us select the best slot, and gave us lots of useful information. He manages the site so well, it is immaculate. He is constantly maintaining equipment and the grass.
The views are incredible, and the quirky facilities spotless.
The showers are warm and have good flow rate.
The site was spacious, and much nicer than the nearby sites.
Absolutely top notch.

Wonderful site - wish I was staying longer! Views out over beaches and across to Uist /Eriskay.
Close to the airport! Added entertainment without the usual hassles that airports come with!
Great facilities - home from home.
The only place on Barra where I get reliable phone signal! Corncrakes galore. Just superb…

This was an excellent site with all the facilities you need.
It even has a kitchen with everything you need from toasters to fridge and freezer, also a lounge to sit in.
The showers are very hot but not free. They are charged at £1 for 5 minutes which is just long enough to get showered.
We even had free eggs! Pitches have fantastic views and access to the beach.
Jeremy who runs it for the owner very helpful.
Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this site scenery was spectacular with a magnificent sunset on our last night.
We’re happy to have access onto adjoining area for walking to various beaches cliffs etc.
Staff very helpful

Just back from a fantastic 7 nights on Barra where we stayed at Scurrival Campsite.
As a mature couple still loving to camp we can only rate this campsite as a perfect 10. Helpful host, great facilities with hot showers fully equipped kitchen including microwave toaster, kettle, fridges, freezers, and even a washing machine.
On top of all that a place to sit and eat or relax if the weather bad.
This little gem of a campsite overlooking the beach just made our holiday that bit more special.
Thank you and can't wait to visit again.

Lovely location and clean campsite.
Facilities are basic but very clean.
The site manager Jeremy was very friendly and accommodating and went out of his way to help us with our vehicle issues.
We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend staying at this beautiful spot.
