When we arrived we were encouraged to vote them 5 star in order the owner would reward them. This is not a five star campsite, far from it.
Our pitch and neighbouring pitches had mole infestation and clearly nothing was being done to address this.
The toilet/shower rooms were smelly and the floor always wet so that sitting on the toilet meant your clothes would get wet. The push button shower only stayed on for 5 seconds so you had to keep the button in with one hand and try and wash with the other. The shower block behind the reception was locked so out of action.
The full serviced pitches were along one side of the campsite and adjacent to a very busy and noisy road.
The shop was limited with its choices and expensive.
A nearby Coop was a twenty minute walk away as were the bus services.
All in all we were disappointed with our stay.

Camp site is a work in progress, when we arrived the JCB and the road roller were very busy, making lots of noise.
This was on a Saturday, coupled with the constant road noise from the very busy road right alongside the touring pitches it was not the quiet type of site.
The site is also very open, and the wind whips across the place, site will be better in few years when things settle down and maybe hedges are more established.

Lovely well maintained site with friendly helpful staff. First class washing facilities, which are all individual self contained units.
Reasonable size pitches which are almost billiard table flat but they are a little tight to access for larger units, especially without a motor mover.
But the staff with their knowledge and quick thinking solved the problem.
Overall a great site in a good location, please sort out access to the pitches.

I reserved a Fully serviced pitch, this was a hard standing and a grass area. We we not allowed to pitch the awning on the grass and had to put the awning on hardstanding which is not easy and uncomfortable when walking and sleeping.
The pitch had fresh water electric and grey water waste drain the drain was of no use to me as I could not reach it with my van which has a waste tank. There is no motorhome service area so I took my waste water home.
The site is next to a road which was quite noisy. The toilet block was ok but the sanitizer was empty half the time. The toilet was combined with a shower which wet everywhere as no lip stopping the water from entering the sink area. And sink and you had to clean it yourself. No paved roads so very dusty.

A nice site, but very close to the main road with constant traffic noise from very early in the morning.
All the good points seem to have been mentioned already, so a couple of not so good points:
There is only one large skip for rubbish and that is on the part of the site furthest away from where we were (top end of the site, near the pods).
The shower/loo rooms are good, but the floor was not clean in the one I used (I check these things), in fact it was black with dirt.
The area is lovely, with plenty of good walks so we were spoilt for choice.
Dersingham has a good Co-op but no garage, you have to go about 4 miles up the road to Heacham for this.
We would use the site again if in the area, access is easy and it's well signed from the road.

We stayed here for 5 nights at end of July and couldn't praise it enough.
The site was lovely with good site pitches, brilliant toilet facilities and plenty enough for everyone not have no to wait, great playground for children to keep them entertained,
All the staff really friendly and helpful, really quiet and night and felt secure. Will definitely be returning soon.

Well what can I say?, as all of the good points have already been mentioned, staff very helpful, Pleasant & Friendly, now the BAD points,
1 Being right next to a main road, the traffic noise is virtually continuous, even through the night & even worse at weekends. So if you are a light sleeper, you will need earplugs!
2. Only one chemical disposal point, in the other part of the site, so you have to drive out & back in again, the site needs one on the facilities block behind reception. ???
3. No waste/rubbish bins around the site, once again you have to go out & back in again to reach the giant skip.
4. Was asked to bring a utility bill to prove where I live, never had this before??, despite paying up front in full, apparently it is supposed to stop travelers, ?? yet it appears there is one set up on site, which looks permanent???
5. Also no mention that you will need levelling blocks, despite the site being level

We had fish and chips on site on Friday night which was lovely and good value.
All in all a great time and not far from the coast.
