Due to this being a new site, we were fortunate to get a booking for the same day, don't think we'll be so lucky once the site gets known though!
Taking into account the fact that it has only been opened 4-5 weeks, this site has loads of potential. The pitches are all a good size most with hard standing and grass at the side for either an awning or to sit out, but there are some all grass pitches; all are EHU and majority with water and grey water drainage.
Hopefully as time progresses the landscape will be improved, as the embankment is full of weeds and broken trees at the moment, but again I'm sure this is only due to the fact that the site is not yet complete. The children's play area looks great fun for kids to use up some of their energy.
The toilet/hand basins/showers are all individual unisex units with security code access - 2 blocks of 6. The only problem I could see with these is the floors do get dirty very quickly, due to walking straight in from outside, so may be an idea to have a mop and bucket in each one so patrons can wash them before they go into the shower or alternatively take something to stand on when you get out of shower or wear flip flops! Also, the hand dryers are a waste of time, so hot that they burn your hands, but not enough air to actually dry them, they are also very low down. (In fact I thought they were soap dispensers at first glance)!
The A149 does run along the front of this site, so it is VERY noisy at all times, even during the night, there is almost constant traffic, so not a peaceful site, but as other reviewers have said, you do get used to the sounds. (So much so that I sat outside reading until 10. 30 one night).
The on site warden is a lovely bloke, very helpful, and always about, and stops to have a chat with you as he goes about his chores.
Great base from which to go visiting local attractions and beaches, with Sandringham, Hunstanton etc only a few miles away.
A site that with a few tweaks here and there, and once fully established, I feel will be very popular, and one which I hope to return to. This is what I've based my scores on at this time, but I would hope to be able to score at least 9/10 by this time next year.

Had a great weekend in Norfolk staying at Pinecones Caravan & Camping Site. Perfect location for exploring the north coast and visting Sandringham House.
It wasn't finished when we were there - the shop wasn't open and the there was only one shower/toilet block open - but this wasn't a problem since the site was less than half full so there was never a problem finding a free one. The staff were very friendly and helpful - the one guy who seems to be around all the time from dawn til dusk helped us with the tent in pouring rain.
The individual toilet units could probably do with some additional shelves for clothes. Also the hand driers weren't very powerful. But they were always clean and the showers were good.
The road was a bit noisy but you get used to it. The pitches are well marked and all seem to have their own hook up and water tap. The one we were assigned was only just long enough for our large tent (7m x 4. 5m) but plenty of room to park the car next to it. However, they were just finishing laying turf on bigger pitches when we were there, so next time we would book one of these.
Our 5 year old and 2 year old boys enjoyed the climbing frame.
It would be nice to go back in a couple of years when they're more established.
