Positives: Lovely location on the north coast of Llyn Peninsula and only a short (20 min) walk to the beach & start of the coastal path. We very much liked the village of Tudweiliog and found the local Post Office shop really well stocked and staff very friendly.

Equally we made use of the local Pub (Lion Hotel) which operated very effectively within Covid guidelines which gave us confidence in using it.

The campsite itself offered views over to the coast and had a clean toilet block and the owner very friendly and quick to communicate & respond via email.

Negatives: It was not always easy getting hold of the owner to acquire tokens needed for the showers; there was no reception, so just a case of trying to catch someone at home. Internet reception was intermittent. Sadly our last night was marred by some very selfish arrivals who stayed up chatting and singing loudly until gone 2am!

We hardly ever encountered anyone in the toilet/shower block or washing up facility, but I wouldn’t want to stay if very busy under the Covid situation.

We would happily stay here again, but not in peak season.

Showers and toilets were clean. No toilet roll or hand towel provided. Signs saying due to covid regulations which I’d never encountered before during recent visits to other campsites.

Very quiet site too quiet for me and my husband but that’s just personal choice. Owner of site polite and courteous.

Front of house and driveway area needs a tidy up junk just left lying around which doesn’t look very good when you first get on the site. Other people on the site in their caravans very nice and chatty. Of varying ages.

Despite a number of storms and all the problems that Covid bring, Delyth and James maintain a lovely campsite.

Scrupulous cleaning, distancing and selective closing of some facilities meant that we could take the kids for a safe and fun holiday.

As always Delyth and James give excellent customer service and an familiar feeling.

This campsite and all the local facilities, beaches and sites always remains a favourite.

Lovely site. Shower and toilet block very clean. Especially important at moment. Showers operate on tokens which cost 50p. We bought some on arrival and Delyth the owner came round few days later to check on things and provide more.

Showers were push button so mildly irritating having to press it regularly. Owner very accommodating as we changed dates due to the weather. Still experienced 2 storms during our stay. Others got stuck so were helped in/out by tractor.

Pitches were fine but weather was exceptionally bad. Lovely views and pub in village within walking distance does great pub grub.

Great site with friendly owner, fantastic views,

Site was a bit boogy when first arrived but after the storms they had I'm not surprised, site dried up fairly quickly,

Only a short walk to the coastal path where there are some fantastic beaches

Just the ticket for a great bank holiday camping experience. Showers work on tokens which provide ample time.

Toilet/shower block kept really clean, felt very covid safe.

Lovely local beach and lots of other beach options nearby. Relaxed, friendly owners.

Nice site! Owners really helpful. There had been some bad storms before we arrived, owners very accommodating in suggesting driest pitch etc.

Facilities nice and clean. Showers good temperature. Short walk from the pub (where the food is amazing!)

Would return.

Friendly welcome and located on a good hardstanding pitch - as everything - like most sites on lleyn Peninsula had become very muddy with recent storms.

Toilets fine and good covid policy in place.

We stayed at Tan Llan campsite during one of the worst storms ever - the campsite was a bog by the end of our stay and many tents damaged or destroyed by high winds The campsite staff were helpful in getting stuck cars out of the mud.

The site had a very relaxed atmosphere and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The lovely, hot showers were a welcome from the cold storm.

It’s not very far from Towyn beach which is a lovely beach with great walks.

Absolutely great. Friendly campsite with good showers/toilet block. See the sunrise over Snowdonia and the sunset over the sea!

Short walk to the beautiful Towyn beach and only a short distance from many other lovely beaches on the Llyn.
