Lovely little site, babbling brook running through it that the kids spent hours playing in. Very Very Clean. Site owner couldn't do enough for us. Kids loved going and helping collect the eggs in the morning with her and then helping with the sheep in the evening. Loads of hot water and electricity to go around.
Will be going back again without a doubt.
Only negative was a fellow group who invaded our Easter egg hunt but that wasn't the sites fault, and a kids play set would be nice ( its in the pipeline)

What a wonderful place! Perfect location for touring and walking, close to Betws y Coed and not far from Llandudno. Excellent facilities and very friendly camp site owner Beryl who cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
Thoroughly recommend this camp site. We stayed 7 days and the children loved the whole farm experience, helping to collect eggs and feed the animals.
We have already booked a return visit for Easter and we're really looking forward to it.

We arrived to a very warm welcome from Beryl who went out of her way to accommodate our large tent with electric hookup. We loved the sites location and it felt nice. There are 2 showers for men and 2 for ladies and a similar number of toilets.
One drinking water tap for the whole site and washing up sink as well as a washing machine, tumble drier and CDP. The facilities, although limited coped well when the site was full. My only complaint would be a slight lack of regular cleaning.
The kids loved feeding the animals with Beryl every morning and helping to put them to bed in the evenings. In summary I would say a very friendly site with a rural location and adequate facilities in need of a little TLC.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave after 9 nights.

First time at this campsite and definitely won't be the last stayed from Saturday to Thursday. Beryl is an absolute gem she is a great host, excellent with the kids and is just lovely.
We were on plots 5 and 6 which were a great spot and close enough to the toilets/showers etc. The only probably we had was plot 10 had the same cd on for 3 days we were there until they left the site, they had it on from 8am to 11pm in the night which we found was a bit much, considering the days activity's tire you out so you just want a bit of piece and quiet, after they left the site was so peaceful and everyone I think was glad to see the back of them.
All in all a great 5 days holiday, but would definitely recommend it and certainly will be going back. Thank you so much Beryl for a most enjoyable stay.

Just got home from 10 days staying at this site. Fantastic is the only word for it.
One of the best Camping and caravan club CC sites we have visited.
Owner is the most friendly, warm, helpful campsite owner you could meet.
The site is quiet, The showers / toilets are spotless
The site has:
Mens and ladies toilets / showers
Washing up sink
Washing machine
Tumble dryer
Kids can help with animals on the site (our kids thought this was great fun)
The site has a small shop in the reception that sells most thing you need or forgotten.
We don't have anything bad to say about the site, What a fantastic site and owner.
The location is fantastic, it is situated in, 'The Valley of the Angels'
We will be back again next year and many more years after I expect.
Our only regret about the site is that, We had to leave and go home after our ten day stay.

Just returned from this lovely site after six glorious days, okay the weather helped!
It's a working farm and children have the opportunity to feed and pet animals, although we didn't do this, being two adults.
On initial view the toilet and shower facilities appeared basic however they are spotlessly clean at all times and perfectly adequate with plenty of hot water.
The site is good for visiting the national park and walking. Nearest village is not within walking distance but we didn't find this a problem, a large co op supermarket is also found there.
The crowning glory of this site is Beryl the owner, approachable, informative, warm and welcoming. Thanks!

Our first stay in north Wales glad we choose to come to this site instead of others recommended to us. The owner is lovely. Will definitely be coming back.
Facilities good. 6 miles from betws y coed, shops three miles away. Was made up with our first stay in Wales. Very friendly people on site, my son made 2 great new friends within 5 minutes of getting there.
First of many stays at this great scenic site lovely and peaceful

Stayed 2 nights at Maes Y Bryn and will no doubt be returning in the future. We arrived late Friday evening but still received a warm welcome from the owners of the site, very friendly and helpful.
The site is well set out, toilets/showers clean and tidy, reception sells basics. Some campers have mentioned noise from the nearby road, but you really have to be listening for it to hear any traffic noise.
We walked in to Llanrwst on the Saturday afternoon, took about an hour, but can be a little dangerous as there are no footpaths. One evening we were struggling to get a taxi in to Llanrwst, so the lady owner of the campsite kindly drove us in and also arranged a taxi for our return back to the site.
Highly recommend a stay at Maes Y Bryn

Spent bank holiday at the site. Owners very friendly and happy to help.
Our daughter (2) loved the little farm area, feeding the sheep, visiting the chickens and dogs.
Good washing area, with washing machine and dryer(very handy!) plenty of room around our pitch. The facilities were all kept very clean, separate toilets to shower area.
Will be returning, as a really good base to visit different areas of north Wales, clean and friendly site

Lovely rural site with very friendly and helpful owners. Strongly recommended.
Pros:
- Very helpful owners
- wonderful local eggs!
- secluded rural site
- washing machine
- child friendly - (can help with animals at farm)
- recycling of rubbish
- perfect for a group booking
Cons:
- tricky site to get to with large units (check journey and access beforehand) - needs care but perfectly possible
- toilets/showers/washrooms need improving (but still very clean and functional) and probably not enough if site is full
- A548 only 50 metres from site - can be occasionally noisy during day (especially motorbikes)
We loved it!
