Just had 10 days here. the site is excellent, very tidy, all outside areas kept up to standard. Very quiet after 2200hrs
Pitches are big and flat
Easy access to the beach down some slightly steep steps.
Approx 10 mins walk on hill side to sheringham 45 mins cromer. 5 mins to west runton to local shop as not one on site.
The only downfall on the site is the cleanliness of the toilets and showers badly cleaned a shower head was broken for the last 5 days of our stay and still was the morning we left.
Overall I would recommend this site to anybody we had a brilliant week and will return.

Stayed here twice this year, fantastic site, well kept and excellent views.
The only bad thing about the site is the toilets/showers, although clean they look dirty and need a bit of updating.
The pitches are a very generous size and well kept.
Although there is a train line on the edge of the site I can confidently say I never heard the train once.
A well recommended site, I look forward to next year's trip.

Stayed 2 nights at this site and were very pleased with it. There were lots of toilets and showers, and the showers were lovely, a real home from home.
Pitches were well spaced out and well cared for. No shop on site, but one just down the road. Two sinks under a small shelter for washing up.
I was a little concerned about having to cross the railway to get to and from the site, but it was fine.
We had a little delay of about 5 minutes to wait for the train from Sherringham to pass by, but it was no issue.
A little pricey at £23. 50 per night, but I think we'll definitely return.

Stayed here for a week at the beginning of the month - was not sure what to expect for such a big site.
The touring side of the site, 41 pitches, steps to the beach, very clean and well kept with a warden on site and you'd think you where on a small site.
I've read a few negative comments about the shower/toilet facilities but we found the area warm, clean and the showers where great - hot and very powerful.
Location good for Cromer, Sheringham, Holt etc with a bus stop outside the gates in both directions.
All in all a great site with fab sea views but watch out for the wind! Would definitely use this site again.

Lovely site with brilliant sea views and cliff to walks over the Beeston bump.
The unmanned railway crossing took an age to get clearance to cross as operator didn't seem to know location of the train.
Site was very well maintained. Pitch size was very good long electric hook up lead needed on some pitches. Lacked a shop for a site this size.
Showers and toilets are reasonable plentiful supply of hot water.
Quite pricey for the facilities the is also a deposit require for gate card to leave or return site on the evening.

Great site I've used a couple of times this year, I've not pre-booked and just turned up on spec, although this has never been a problem.
I was lucky enough to get a front row pitch the last time I was here and the views of the beach and sea where fantastic
Also liked the shower and toilet facilities which although basic where plenty enough for my needs
Easy access to Sheringham and Cromer as mentioned but again needs a shop on site, there used to be one years ago when I was a kid as I spent many summers there camping!
Otherwise would be a ten out of ten for location and amenities.

Great Location couldn't fault the pitch right on the edge of the cliff over looking the sea.
Shower and toilet facilities are a bit dated in a porta cabin type, although they were clean and warm.
As below there is no shop for milk, bread etc.
Slap bang in between Cromer and Sherringham, Sherringham was only a 15 minute walk away, which was easily achievable.

Just had three days at Beeston Regis, great site. It is now mainly static holiday home vans and lodges with some 340 pitches but there is still a small area that will take 40 tourers in tents, vans etc, all pitches are grass, very clearly marked out and generous in size. The last time we stayed it was all camping/touring but that was many years ago.
It appeared most if not all pitches had EHU. It is a very quiet and tidy site, perfectly situated between Sheringham and West Runton, Sheringham is a casual 30 minute stroll with excellent shopping/drinkng/eating and Runton about 15 minutes, both along the cliff path or along the beach.
The beach is accessed directly from the site via a flight of about 40 steps with plenty of space for a rest on the way up [:)] The beach is mostly sand but with pebble banks here and there.
The only faults I can mention are that there is no camp shop which seems very odd and that the touring area toilet block is in dire need of renovation/replacement, it is clean and functional but very dated now.
We will be returning as it is in a lovely position and very peaceful.

Great site on cliff turned up late at night very polite member of staff greeted us. We were located near a toilet block seemed rather clean the pitches were flat and private.
Walked in to sherringham, the hotel on the front dose a fantastic carvary on Sunday's. The only fault I have was the creepy man who opened my sliding door to remind me that I had ten minutes till I had to go. I was nearly ready to go just had to open my curtains and drive off but they where closed for a reason as I was just putting in some fresh clothes.
Apart from that. Fantastic site I tried to book last weekend but was unable to get in. Oh yeah the level crossing is a interesting way to go but a fun experience but don't forget to close the gate.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is fantastic, great sea views, and an easy 15-20 minute walk into Sherringham.
They had a problem with the boiler while we were there, there was some hot water to the Ladies showers, but none at all to the Mens! I think this seems to be a bit of an ongoing problem.
Apart from that though, the toilets and showers were always clean, and considering the site was full, very few people in them! Never had to queue once.
The pitches are super sized and we had plenty of room. The site is generally quiet at night
Apart from that, we would return again to this site solely for its location.
