 Lovely quiet site on banks of canal. Generous pitches with EHU, toilets and showers. Lovely for walks and dog friendly.
Very friendly and help owners, so much so we have booked for a further visit later this year.
Only point to note, is that roads to the site are narrow with passing places and the turn into the site is tight if you have a longish outfit.

Our first, and certainly not our last, visit to this beautiful, tranquil site. Lovely warm welcome, spotless facilities, and fab walks and views. I think this will be our new favourite place to stay.

Beautiful hidden site. Owner very helpful and welcoming.
No on site shop, but there were a lot of shopping choices nearby.
Facilities are basic, which we expected on an extremely rural site. However, we did not expect such cleanliness.
No negatives, we were even lucky with the weather!

We stayed at Ty Mawr. Lovely welcome from Debbie. Really lovely area very quiet. Lovely walks down the tow path. Had a lovely time will be returning very soon. If it's away from it all your looking for this is the place. Showers and loo block. Remember to bring essentials with you as shops are a drive away down narrow country lanes. Lovely hideaway.

Stayed here for 2 nights. What a gem.
Single track road with passing places.
Right next to the canal, so lovely walking. Also Codmere is beutiful to walk around and even though it looks a large lake it's not far maybe a mile walk and not strenuous.
Debbie and her husband were really nice.
The £1 shower was great and plenty of room in e shower.
There are 2 toilets and one showers unisex.
I booked via there son and the next day received Alphonse call from Debbie and thought she was going to cancel me re the wet weather we had an but no all was ok.
It's grass no hardstanding but good.
Will definitely be revisiting
And the village is also worth a visit

Had a one night stay on the way to Wales. Liked the site that much, came back for two more nights on way back. Cracking little site with stunning walks and countryside. In fact I enjoyed it that much I made a video!

This is a lovely site with wonderful views over the Shropshire Union Canal and surrounding countryside. Nice and flat. Plenty of space. Ideal for walkers and cyclists. Nice and quiet. Very very tight to get into and out of. Single track lanes. Could do with heating in shower and toilet block. No hot water available. Very little information or leaflets about area. Showers are £1.

What a little gem, very peaceful site with the canal running along the bottom of it. The owner Debbie is very friendly and welcoming.
There are plenty of really nice walks from the site, we walked the dog to Colemere and Ellesmere, which are worth a visit, or you could just relax and watch the canals boats go by. Would certainly recommend this site to others.

Lovely site and very quiet which was perfect for our 4 year old running around with a little Park for her to play in. Toilets and showers nice and clean. Debbie the owner is lovely and made us feel quite welcome. We will be returning again, fantastic little out the way gem.

A lovely peaceful break.
We were the only ones there. Friendly reception.
Showers are pay ones but nice and hot.
Beautiful walks around site.
Tight turning to get into site but easy to find. The Mere is lovely - so many birds and doggy heaven. Well worth a visit.
