Had a fab 3 night stay here. Pitches are so big & spacious.
Access to the woods which the teenagers enjoyed & lots of space for ball games.
Close to Go Ape, Brandon waters & only 45 minutes from Wells.
Lovely cafe on site if you like a breakfast roll or good cake !
Only downside is 1 male & 1 female toilet & nowhere to wash face with warm water. Showers take 20p's but were clean & hot. Owner friendly & helpful.
We will be back !

Great booking experience with Tina, thorough and professional. She met us on arrival and showed us round the site then left us to choose a pitch.
The field suffers with rabbits and they have done some major excavations but these were all marked off. We were easily able to find a suitable flat pitch with some shade - Tina even helped us with the sunrise and sunset directions --it was a really hot week!
Loos and showers are a real plus on a certificated site - £12/night without EHU for us. Showers take 20ps; you will need at least three, but because of the warm weather the temperature of the ground water permitted a cool shower without needing to use the 20ps for heating the water!
Massive site would be great for allowing children to run about and play games without disturbing other campers. Dog walk into the forest from the site - but watch out for the wildlife.
Good location for exploring the fens, trips to Grimes Graves, Ely etc. Supermarkets in nearby towns but nowhere in walking distance; stock up on the way.
Small pop up cafe on site at weekends but we missed this.

Great level campground, it was 20 June but the village pub was closed ? which caused us a problem for food.
The showers were ok but chargeable with coins which seemed antiquated, there were only 2 showers but fortunately for us the campground was quiet, wouldn't like to be there in high summer.
There was also only one male toilet, fine when it's quiet but.

Well priced, friendly, nicely spaced out basic camp site.
Lovely to see owners considering their campers and not cramming people in.
Loads of room for kids to play and kick a b ask about.
Nice woodland to build dens in.
Being allowed fire pits is always a bonus.
Our only gripe was lack of hot water for washing up.
We would definitely return !

If you want peace and tranquillity this is the place to go. Our 3rd time staying there.
I love the night times when the bunnies come out to play where I can sit and watch them with coffee in hand.
Always someone on site if needing anything or a phone call away. Tina is lovely and very responsive.
Not too far from watton where shops are at hand and a large tesco for your needs.
