 We discovered this site last year and were their first visitors. We went for a weekend and had the large field to ourselves. We had two more weekends there, one the August bank holiday. Again we were the only ones on the site. We have a dog and found plenty of walks nearby in the forest. But I must point out that we went non electric which was £10 a night, and used a solar panel, which just get us by for a weekend.
To have electric hook up it is £13 per night which we think is too much. £12 being the maximum we pay for a site with no showers or even a toilet. I am sure that if they were to charge less for the electric hook up they will get more bookings, for until the weather picks up this coming year and we can use our solar panel, this lovely little site is out of our price range.
