Fabulous! This is the best site we have ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean, very quiet, very friendly, great location. Close to Wareham, Wool and Lullworth Cove. The owners even leant us their parking permit for Lullworth cove, saving us parking fees. The owners really look after this site and their visitors, we just can't express how impressed we were, we had a great few days here. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!

I found this site by chance on the internet and very lucky I was too. The site has excellent facilities, is clean and quiet, altogether a very good site. We had a very nice stay.
Despite our only spending one night here (we were here to see the tank display at Bovington), the owners were so friendly and helpful, that we brought them a bottle of wine on leaving.
I thoroughly recommend this site.

What a find. Can't believe that we live so close to this site and had never come across it before.
The location is brilliant. In the middle of the forest but close to Wareham for shopping etc.
The toilet/shower block was a bit dated but spotlessly clean and there is a small climbing frame for kids. To be honest there were hardly any children on site when we visited and I think this site would benefit by becoming adults only as there are so many sites in the area better suited to families.
We booked for 3 nights but it was bitterly cold during the first night even with a heater. In fact too cold to think about putting the kids through another night so we packed up. While packing up the owner came to chat. To my utter astonishment she refunded our money. Not all but I was amazed. We've left quite a few sites early for different reasons but have never had or expected a refund.
For that reason and because despite the cold I liked the site I will definitely return.

Having just been back to Manor Farm Caravan Park for the first time this year (it won't be the last) I realised that this is now my 33rd consecutive year of visiting this lovely site, and it was lovely to meet up with the delightful owners once more.
Clearly, after all this time and still going back we like the site, but why? Here are our reasons.
Location - there is so much to do in the area no matter what the weather. Glorious sandy beaches at Studland, secluded coves, the rugged Jurassic coastline and lovely local villages, not to mention the bigger tourist attractions all within easy reach.
The site - always kept to a very high standard. The facilities are simple, it isn't a holiday camp, but maintained well. Toilets are always clean, grass kept short, hedges beautifully trimmed. Great for children, the site is safe and friendly, a short walk up the lane takes you to a bridge over a stream that is great for playing Pooh-sticks or for catching tiddlers!
Great places to eat - there are many local pubs serving great food (and beer!) plus all sorts of take-aways not too far afield.
Overall, if you are looking for a nice quiet friendly site, you won't do better than Manor Farm. If you want to party late into the night, drive round the site at speed, and generally have a good time creating mayhem then please look elsewhere!

We have just come back from a lovely stay at manor farm campsite, being low season it was rather quiet. The toilet/shower blocks were very clean if a little dated looking. They do work on a metered approach so taking a good stack of 20p's with you is a good idea. The showers I found provided you with plenty of time but they were a little lacklustre with not a lot of pressure behind them. There is a small playground suitable for children 4 and up.
There is a little field next door which had a number of sheep and lambs in which provided lots of entertainment for the children.
The site grounds were spotless and had suitable lighting for those late night trips out of the canvas. The electric hookups looked modern and safe and there were ample drinking water points around the site.
The slight downside to this campsite is that it fairly close to a military practice area so when we were setting up the tent on arrival the odd loud bang could be plainly heard, this continued into the night and included gunfire, and loud group shouting which did rouse me from sleep on a couple of occasions.
The owners of the campsite are very pleasant indeed and were even kind enough to offer advice on which way round to put the tent because the wind generally blows from the direction of the toilet block.
The family and I were very happy with choosing this campsite and its within easy driving distance to many family friendly attractions.

We stayed over the august Bank Holiday, so it was very busy. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and the site was well looked after. The shower block was basic but cleaned to a high standard every day and although it was a busy weekend there did not seem to be any queues for the facilities.
The children enjoyed the play area. Dorset has plenty to do for all the family and we really loved visiting the county.
If we could improve anything we would have doors on the showers as they were just a basic white shower curtain, which if your a prude like me, is slightly disconcerting. All in all though we enjoyed our stay.

Manor Farm Caravan and Camping Park is the most well maintained campsite I have ever used. Regular upgrades are carried out. Last year new water pipes and a new path were installed and I know the family are considering improving the shower/toilet block.
The grass is always kept short and the whole area groomed and tidy.
The facilities are always in working order and the shower/toilet block is always clean.
Rules are implemented to ensure that everyone has a pleasant and peaceful stay.
The family are friendly, helpful and keen to ensure that everyone is happy.
If I were to make any suggestions to improve the site I would say that there could be a little more space between pitches.

Manor Farm is a lovely campsite.
The good points- always clean and tidy, Gillian the owner (a lovely lady), is often walking around the site, litter picking and checking everyone is ok.
The toilet block was spotless and there was always a free shower when I went in there. There were about 5 toilets and 2 showers for both men and women plus 2 indoor sinks for washing up. There was a small playground for younger children plus 2 ponies nearby.
The not so good points- you had to pay 20p for not just showers but for hot water to wash up as well, this was on a timer system so you had to feed the meter if doing a huge wash up.
We were charged high season even though on the Manor Farm website it was low season, we knew we had paid too much but were unable to prove it until we got home. We paid £31 per night for a family of 5! There was no large field for games.
The campsite is in a lovely area, we visited Wareham for a walk by the river and went to our favourite Chinese take-away in Wool.
All in all, we had a very relaxing time, would we go back again? probably not!

The site was very clean and tidy, as were the toilets and showers. The grass and hedges were neatly cut and each pitch was marked out. The only criticism would be that the pitches were slightly small.
The play area was ideal for our children 4 and 7 but maybe not for older children. Owners were polite and very helpful with regard to the surrounding area and things to do, they even gave us a voucher to a local pub to get discounted Sunday lunch.
There are so many places to visit in the area from beaches to Monkey world, something for every age group really. Will definitely be visiting again

Just returned from a weeks camping at this site, with 3 children ages 6, 10 and 13. A great location for several beaches. Site quiet and clean. Play ground very small ok for our 6 year old but not so good for the older ones a bit boring.
Showers etc very clean, did have to pay for hot water, which only trickled out for washing up, no shop or pub within walking distance.
On first impressions owners very nice, but after a few night told not to have radio on, no ball games etc.
