Met at reception and led to our pitch. They like you to pitch unit to the left and car to the right. The pitches are very spacious, some sites would sell them as large pitches.
The facilities are spotless, with gel dispensers and plenty of distancing markers and reminders. I didn't see any rubbish on site, the wombles were doing a good job.
The location is perfect for Berry Head, St Mary's Bay and Breakwater Beach. The site can be a bit exposed to the prevailing winds and you may wake up to sea fog.
For a site that had most pitches occupied, it was very quiet at night, just how we like it. A coffee van opens each morning for excellent coffee and pastries.

What a fantastic weekend! The tent pitches are really big which meant our children aged from 3-15 had plenty of room to play even with current government guidelines.
The toilet and showers were cleaned regularly and were beyond clean. The staff are really helpful and pleasant.
We were really nervous at taking the children out this weekend and even though this site is only 20 mins away from home we felt like we were on holiday and our children were able to have a wonderful camping experience.
We will definitely be visiting again.

Great location for Brixham Harbour, walkable in 10-15 minutes but hilly on way back up! Close to coastal paths, Well maintained site flat grass pitches, plenty of water points, need a long lead for some electric points, clean toilet shower and laundry block, helpful staff, no motorhome service point but a layby near office to do toilet, tap and bins. £28 for one night 2 Dogs with electric

We arrived here with some trepidation based on previous reviews, but we needn't have worried - it's a lovely little site! Very basic in that there's nothing there other than a shower block and reception but that's all we wanted and the price reflects this too - it cost us £15. 50 per night for 3 of us in half term.
The pitch was plenty big enough for our 6 berth tent, car, trailer and table/chairs etc. We could have had hook up but chose not to this time.
The site was nearly full at the beginning of our trip - we arrived on the bank holiday Monday - but I never had to queue to go to the loo, have a shower or wash the dishes. The facilities were basic but clean. There's a freezer you can use for ice packs which was handy.
The site owners were friendly and approachable.
You can walk down in to Brixham in 15/20 minutes - but be warned, it's a very steep walk back with lots of steps! There's a Co-op which is a 5/10 minute walk away.
All in all we had a fantastic 5 days and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
(although we'd ask for a pitch on the opposite side as there's a lane running by the campsite, the traffic sounds scarily close when you're in a tent at night!)

I had read the reviews of this site and with some trepidation we booked for one night. It was a last minute decision and we wanted to be near town as the Pirate Festival was on in Brixham. We arrived to a understated welcome and were shown to a generous pitch with electric. As a motorhome were pretty self sufficient but I did look into the toilet block. Yes the facilities are old and worn but not particularly dirty. Isn't it up to the users of the toilet block to leave them clean! There was some late night noise from people in tents but soon quietened down. Overall an inexpensive site. Situated in an ideal spot for Berry Head and Brixham town. You do get exactly what is described about the site, perfectly acceptable for short stays as no service area for a motorhome.

This is a great location in brixham and a very peaceful site apart from the early morning seagull chorus. The pitch was generous with plenty water points and electric points just make sure you have a long cable in case your furthest pitch from nearest point. They allow dogs which was our reason for booking and didn't have any problems. Now the only thing that lets this site down is the showers and toilets small and cramped, dirty and definitely need updating and I thought 50p per shower a little expensive but it does last 6 minutes which is plenty of time and on a couple of occasions I managed to use what time others had left from there showers so always worth checking before you put token in
