Lovely quiet site with very clean facilities within close proximity to country walks and river.

Wildlife is plentiful and we will be back.

Facilities we have been assured will be altered to included disabled access in future but please bare this in mind depending on your disability.

Currently challenges are lack of hand rails and step up into shower that is limited in terms of width if you're like me!

Lovely views and nice big pitches needed levellers on ours but some nice and flat. Toilets lovely and clean and spacious, slight niggles….

Would have liked a bath mat as floor a bit slippy (and rubber mat a bit sharp on feet, ) also something to put shower gel /shampoo etc on in the shower cubicle.

No grey waste grid, only one suitable for those with waste rollers/buckets and we have a tank.

Nice walks near to good footpaths, short walk to estuary and pub.

Would definitely revisit if round that area.

 Lovely peaceful site.

Loads of good walks for walkers or dog walkers.

Pubs that are dog friendly are pretty close by and a fish and chip shop.

Local co op also close by.

Reading the reviews, we completely agree with others’ thoughts: we’ve stayed 5 restful nights in June listening to the birdsong and sheep; we’ve watched the moon come up and the beautiful sunsets, after receiving a friendly informative welcome from Joanne and Trevor on arrival.

The site and facilities reflect their love and pride for their CL. The facilities were amazing and the grass well mown.

Following their instructions we walked via footpaths to the Saxon Shore Way stopping at the Three Tuns and walked the footpath to River Valley Golf Club for a drink outside overlooking the 18th hole.

A gem of a CL in the countryside on the edge of The Medway Towns and an ideal spot to visit much of what Kent has to offer.

We had been travelling for a few days exploring the South East coast and needed to find a site to have a shower, empty the toilet, fill up with water etc.

Five Acres seemed to fit the bill perfectly and we were not disappointed.

Trevor was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know including a good local walk. We decided to extend our stay for an extra day.

Unfortunately that evening my wife fell and broke her wrist so we had to go to hospital but getting back in was no problem. We were quiet and kept the lights low so as not to disturb anyone. I should say we did tell Trevor first.

The pitches are well spaced and the facilities are excellent and very clean.

Trevor and Jo are very friendly and welcoming and we look forward to staying there again when my wife is fit.

 Loved everything about the site.

Two pubs within easy walking distance.

Interesting walking around estuary nearby and lots of wildlife in and around site.

Going back soon!

A tranquil and peaceful site with just birdsong, cuckoo calls, a noisy hedgehog, and the sound of distant leather on willow to break the silence.

Pitches were large and well spaced on the immaculately kept lawns, and the facilities were excellent, spacious and clean.

Trevor and Joanne went out of their way to be helpful.

Minor niggles were that the entrance gate was right on (an admittedly quiet) road which meant as a solo traveller I blocked the road for a while when entering and exiting, and that there’s no direct footpath access from site, so to reach Upchurch you had to walk along the not-so-quiet road to reach the village shop and pub. Also note that the pub doesn’t serve food in the evenings.

We just loved this site. Directions were easy to follow. Fantastic shower block and washing up room.

The owners Trevor and Joanne are so helpful. This is a peaceful calm site but not far from shops chip shop pub with home cooked food and lovely walks.

The site is immaculately kept from the mowed lawns to the showers being spotless.

If you want a relaxing break in beautiful surroundings then this is for you

Lovely immaculately kept peaceful site and all facilities couldn't fault anything about this place.

Will definitely book again. Great walks around the local area and great local pub.

The only change I would like is the departure time being a little later.

Heaven on Earth. Just what the soul needs total peace, fresh air and bird song. And views to drink in and relax.

Everything you need set in a beautiful orchard with daffodils dancing in the sunshine.

Baby lambs skipping in the fields and immaculate facility's you could eat off any surface WOW.

Wonderful communications and directions from Trevor and his wife, who you can tell really Pride themselves, pitch perfect. Grass is cut beautifully.

The little village is only minuets away and the fish n chip shops a bonus. The breakfast box and afternoon tea are a must do. We decided to stay longer over my Birthday 🎂😁

Big Thank you to 5 acres now Top of our List. Can't wait to return in summer AND Apple season xx

Perfectly located and plenty to see and do x
