Very organised, owners very pleasant and helpful, toilet block was spotless. Dvds and books available free which is a good idea. Near a pub and canal lock.
Had a meal there, was ok. Walked from the site along the canal, lots of narrow boats which was nice to see. Walked to the stairway 3 locks and cafe. Had lunch then walked back. On a very busy road but noise didn’t really bother us. Had taxi into Whitchurch, nice town.
All In all we had a relaxing stay.

Loved this site! Loved the owners!
Had an issue one night with a couple of campers who were having their own disco! This site is a site that has quiet time rules between 11pm and 8am, so when this was happening at 1am, I called the owners. They were straight around and sorted it out! They response was fantastic and very swift,
Showers and toilets were beautiful, warm and spotless.
We will definitely be returning, Lovely pub about 3 min slow stroll away, on the canal side.
Couldn’t find any fault at all with this place, loved it! Such a friendly, warm place where you are made to feel very welcome.

Fantastic campsite, they were extremely accommodating & helpful. We even had a call the night before to say that there had been 3 days of non stop rain & it may be too wet for us.
Washrooms were so clean & still looked brand new.
We would highly recommend xx

A good clean site next to the Shropshire canal and pub.
Toilet/shower block clean and modern found having to put in a code a bit of a chore.
Would stay here again

Just had 4 nights here. Very enjoyable lovely and clean. Met at the gates by the Bill, who showed us to our pitch and was very pleasant and helpful.
The Toilets and showers very clean. Felt very covid safe. Went to the Willeymoor Lock Tavern Pub and restaurant on the edge of the site.
Very nice food and pleasant staff

Just had 3 nights at sunnyoak where owner Bill met us at the gate. He was very friendly and most helpful,
Toilet block was spotless and cleaned regularly, there was a one way system and hand gel at the entrance to the toilet block.
Loads of walking around, canal and pub 2 mins away. It is next to the a49 and traffic noise might bother some people, but to us it wasn't a problem. Thankyou Bill.

A very peaceful site for adults only. The owners are very friendly and helpful and have clearly given a lot of thought and hard work into making the site ready for reopening.
The facilities block is being cleaned many times a day and was spotlessly clean. (Showers are £1 for 5 minutes). Signs have been made directing users up one ramp and down another to ensure social distancing.
Most pitches are hardstandings so rock pegs are needed. I didn't find any problems with road noise and, even when the site was full over the weekend, there was no noise at night.
The canal runs at the back of the site where there is a pub. We didn't eat there but it seemed very popular. We walked on the towpath towards Whitchurch which was very pleasant.
We hope to return later in the year.

A nice open, flat site adjacent to the canal and within walking distance of Whitchurch.
A little too close to the road for our liking as the A49 is a busy trunk road and even though we asked for a pitch at the rear of the site it still disturbed our sleep.
Great pub right next door with good ales and reasonably priced food.
We didn't use the excellent shower block as, even though it is advertised as heated, the heating was never on long enough or high enough to take the chill off for a shower.
There is no hot water to the hand basins either hence the low site facilities and value for money scores
