This is a lovely place to stay.

A quiet location, with a short walk to the beach from the site.

The showers and toilets are very clean and the pitches are good.

All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our 7th visit but the first for 6 years.

Showers are now free. Hurray, haha.

At £25 a night it is great value.

A short cut to Lifeboat Rd car park is through a gate near reception, then a 5 minute stroll to the beach.

Plenty of walks near the touring pitches to the sand dunes, take a compass ha ha.

Owners are friendly and welcoming.

Crosby beach is worth the short drive.

Will return.

Very basic campsite, basic fatalities, nice people running it, but a great place for a couple of nights especially to go and see the "Iron Men" at Crosby on the easy and cheap train ride. And to relax on the beautiful beach near by.

Great couple of days,

 Great campsite on sands dunes.

Had a cycle ride to Crosby to see the sea-statues.

Lots of walks and cycle paths in the immediate area.

Will visit again.

A small beautiful peaceful site, with everything catered for.

A fab location, near Maghull itself with couple of pubs as well as access to the canal and excellent bonus of 10 mins walk to Maghull North train station for short trip to Liverpool which was our visit purpose.

Peter and Jane really helpful with no fuss.

Will be coming again!

Laverick Hall Caravan Site - Lancaster

This touring site offers spectacular views towards the Lake District and Morecambe Bay, with Blackpool Tower also in the distance, yet located just over 3 miles from Junctions 34 and 35 of the M6 motorway. Visitors will find just 10 electric pitches for motorhomes and touring caravans, with access to the superfast Wifi, toilets with sinks, a shower room and fresh water taps. Dogs are allowed and there is a designated field for walks.

The local village of Halton is a mile away from the site, offering a convenience store, newsagent, pharmacy, post office and fish and chip shop. The market town of Carnforth is 3 miles away, with its train station (featured in the 1945 film Brief Encounter) and supermarkets. The seaside resort of Morecambe is within 5 miles and the Lake District is only 35-minutes drive. Find out more here

What an amazing find! Beautifully quiet, surrounded by trees and dunes.

A lovely toilet block with good showers.

Gorgeous walks to the beach (10 min walk) and sand dunes. 30 minute walk to co op and the same for the train station with an excellent service to Southport and Liverpool.

The camp site is at the back of a static mobile home holiday park, but it really is a hidden treasure.

The owners are really friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back x

This is a very peaceful well located site, walk out to the dunes and nature reserves.

Facilities are dated and the site is a bit tired but very clean toilets, hot powerful showers so perfectly adequate.

Friendly welcoming owners.

We did send a booking request on campsite but had no response so phoned and booked.

Loved the site so quite and peaceful. Wi-Fi was very weak. But just ment no work and more relaxing

Had our 3yr old grandson with us and he loved playing outside and best of all going to the beach which was close by.

Will definitely return
